Amazing!

My husband and I loved staying here! The owner was so kind and helpful. The property and condo were beautiful and relaxing. We spent our second anniversary here and we enjoyed every moment of it!

Family Visit

The condo was great, it’s just as it was described. The owner was quick to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend if visiting St Augustine give this property a look, I definitely will next time we head that way.

Perfect for us!

The pictures are accurate and everything was perfect for us. While visiting family for Thanksgiving we were very pleased and communication was excellent. The large property was lovely although we didn’t get to swim in the pool, but loved relaxing in the sun.

World Golf Stay

Most were happy with their stay; however, the bathroom sink stoppers were inoperative, and one was plugged with hair. The bedroom bed cover was very dusty.

the gate person was rude to me and to my guest which I invited for lunch. other than that; the stay was pleasant. The kitchen sink is slow draining. the clothes dryer took a little over three hours for the little amount of clothes to dry. The condo itsefl is very nice once you are inside. The hall carpet was dirty but it appears that it will be replaced.

My rental summary

Only one key provided, sent request about 2nd key to owner, no response. Toilet ran continuously. Sink in bath stopper wouldn’t stay up for draining. Mattress worn out, red couch chair in tv area worn out. Paint/drywall peeling off at bottom of shower door.

Not exactly luxury

To start with this unit is not in the main building near the pool as the photos would make it appear. The floors were so dirty i had to buy wet Swiffers and clean the floors. I also had to clean the counter tops. This unit is really run down. The cabinets neet to be replaced. The faucets all need to be replaced. There are bugs inside the unit. Gnats and fruit flies. I had to buy an electronic bug killer to deal with it. It really didn't do a very good job. The unit has water damage to the ceiling in a number of places. The screen door is broken and duck taped together. The furniture is old, stained, and run down. The refrigerator door opens the freezer door when you close it so beware it will defrost whatever you have in the freezer. There is water damage to the area around the shower. The silverware and dishes need to be updated and replaced. The unit smelled like dog pee. Cleaning the floors and a daily dose of Lysol helped but not really. I would not describe this unit as "luxury". It is old beat up, worn out and needs some refreshing. I would never stay in this unit ever again.

July in St Augustine

Security is super, starting with the front gate folks to needing the fob to call the elevator. The apartment was set up nicely for my wife and I with a king bed, double sink large bathroom, large dining room table and a full kitchen. A stack washer dryer and iron are available as well. The golf course looked in great shape, but I did not get to play. I would certainly stay again.

Great Condo!

This condo is perfect! Extremely comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped, very clean and a great location!! Excellent golf within the community as well as many nearby good courses from which to choose. Local shopping and restaurant options were a plus! Matt, the owner/property manager was terrific!! He was gracious to allow our request for an early check-in which was much appreciated. In addition, Matt communicated lots of good, helpful information about the community and the area making for a very enjoyable stay!!

Great Condo

Terrific experience staying here. Condo was very nice and the facility was a great place for a vacation. Matt was a 5 star host with great communication and quick response. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place!

Our kids live in WGV, so we know what a great place it is. This condo was perfect. Good location looking out to the reserve, nice decorating, comfortable and clean.

Stay in St Augustine

The condo was beautifully professionally decorated, everything was as pictured. I think the shower was slightly small, tho and I'm not a large person. The pool is a short walk to the next building. The balcony looks out into the woods and the area is very quiet. Driving into St Augustine was about 14 miles and very easy t o maneuver. If you ride the trolley there is free parking, otherwise expect t o pay $1 4 per day.

A wonderful getaway!

The condo was impeccably clean. The living room area is spacious with plenty of comfortable places to sit. It was quiet all times of day and night; in fact, we rarely saw other people. The owner was responsive and communicated well. We were in town to purchase a home, but we will definitely have guests stay here!

Perfect for our family

Beautiful condo & property. Close to great food, the pools, plenty of parking. Hot tub and spa were both great too. I do wish the condo had more pillows but we made do. Publix was close and having a full kitchen was a big help! We would stay here again when visiting family for sure! Owners are very nice & responsive. Even made recommendations on food which we took them up on! VERY hospitable!

Lovely stay at World Golf Village.

Condo was clean and very comfortable and roomy. Heated pool was wonderful. We spent a good deal of time there almost every day. The gym is new and has excellent machines. I have only one suggestion, which is, the bedroom needs a dresser. Drawer space is lacking big time. Would stay here again.

Everything you need

This condo had everything we needed for our week stay. Fully equipped kitchen, we had coffee and breakfast every morning, and made a few dinners too. The condo itself is very comfortable and inviting, the location is great too! Close to shopping and an awesome sushi restaurant. Perfect place for the golfer!! Would definitely stay again! A good and convenient alternative to a motel

Rented three condos - two efficiencies and one one-bedroom (with living room and full kitchen). Had some issues with one of the efficiencies which I was able to rectify but overall was pleased with the rooms.

This condo is located on the 3rd floor which is the top floor. It has vaulted ceilings and is very quite. All windows face a wooded preserve with wildlife views. Have your morning coffee while listing to the birds.
