Welcome to Nine Peaks Asheville! This spacious 4,600 sq ft mountain retreat perfect for large families, reunions, and group getaways. With two living rooms, two kitchens, five king beds, and sunset views from a huge two level deck, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable stay near Asheville.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, this retreat keeps you close to the best of the area. Enjoy quick access to the Biltmore, top breweries, local restaurants, and shops. Outdoor lovers can explore hiking trails right on site or take a scenic drive to Pisgah National Forest or the Blue Ridge Parkway. Make a day trip to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cherokee, or even Gatlinburg for endless adventure.

Perfection!

We love the house and the location! It's perfect for large groups. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Downtown Asheville is a quick drive away. The property owners gave lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to do close by. The biscuits at Moose Cafe were AMAZING! I also appreciated the information given about the house. Wish I could give this house 10 stars!

Our group had the most amazing stay at this property in Asheville! From the moment we walked in, we were all in shock at how beautiful it was. The entire home was spotless and decorated so tastefully—classy, cozy, and welcoming all at once. Each bedroom was huge and incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The common areas were perfect for gathering, and the view from the house was absolutely breathtaking—it truly felt like something out of a postcard.What really made our stay even better was the owners. They went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Every time I had a question, they responded so quickly and were unbelievably helpful. They even created a thoughtful guide for us with recommendations about the area, which made planning our trip so much easier. On top of that, they offered us the option to check in early at a very reasonable price, which we really appreciated after traveling.Honestly, my words can’t even begin to describe how awesome this place was. Between the stunning home, the incredible views, and the wonderful hospitality, it was truly the perfect spot for our trip. We will absolutely try to book this house again in the future—it exceeded every single expectation.
