The house is a family vacation, so you have everything to be able to welcome your friends and family. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven refrigerator and utensils. Large pool with barbecue and external bathroom.
The house has 4 bedrooms with a suite with air conditioning, the other rooms with fan and 14 people installed in beds with a delightful balcony in the rooms with table and hammocks.
The house is 100 meters from Palm Beach with a great boardwalk for walking and bike path.
It is also near the avenue where there is the Serramar mall and several markets and conveniences.
