Newly furnished new home with:
03 suites, air conditioning, TV 42 'with SKY, private pool, with hammock for children, barbecue, wireless network, beach service on weekends and daily during high season season, common area with pizza oven and ice machine, 2 parking spaces. System of Porto Seguro security monitoramente.

For rental over 03 days, required to hire a day laborer indicated by prorietário and not included in the rate.

Surroundings: malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, 500m from the beach.

Required deposit check, maximum 10 people accommodation. Home daily at 18:00 pm and end at 12:00 pm

Casa muito confortável, reformada, atende perfeitamente uma estadia com amigos, família, crianças, etc. Bem equipada, com piscina e churrasqueira privativa. Proprietário, extremamente solícito mesmo não estando presente. As fotos são atuais e condizentes com o que encontramos. Só pontos positivos !
