Hello, I apologize for the realtor situation. I had to have my attorney contact them be they were not supposed to enter the house without proper communication so I was unaware that they were scheduled to view. They have now given me prior notice. Plus, I will check with vrbo because I don't have any additional fees? The booking should show the fee that I have listed unless vrbo added fees unknowingly.

Your complaints are unreasonable and shows you may be a nonsensical person. No one will redesign a stairwell when the stairwell is clearly displayed in the photos. If you can't do stairs then common sense would direct you to choose another location. The narrowness of the house design did not permit the builder to add rails. It is obvious that the stairwell is narrow and rails would reduce the with even more. However, the walls do provide a guide to anchor to. Furthermore, deadbugs do not depict an uncleaned home. Bugs can die at anytime and any active bugs can very well get in as you are going and coming with the door open. Along with the home being in a wooded area you are bound to see an insect but there are no bugs due to a unclean environment. Plus, no bathrooms were shown to be upstairs from the photos. So again you are complaining over a detail that was apparent to you before you booked. I understand that some people just have to complain about something. In the future it would make sense to choose a house that accommodates your design needs, instead of complaining about a design that was displayed and described in the picture that was very obvious on what you were getting.
