Well located apartment, near the beach and shopping center and some sights of the region (Ponte Pensil, Biquinha, Vila de São Vicente Cultural Park, Porchart Island, Hang Gliding Hill). Building with elevator and security cameras and a parking space.

Ponto positivo: o espaço e grande e tem bastante utensílios de cozinha, o chuveiro e maravilhoso. Pontos negativos: o apto e muito quente e insuportável ficar dentro o ventilador não da conta dentro do apartamento parece uma sauna, no anuncio diz que tem máquina de lavar, mas não tem , no anuncio diz que tem uma beliche mais não tem, so tem uma cama de casal muito dura quanto deita e so madeira e tem 2 colchão de solteiro e um de casal avulso , a geladeira na parte de baixo não gela nada tive que fica comprando gelo pra conserva os alimentos. Me entregou o apto todo sujo de cabelo no chão mau limpo. No apartamento tem as duas volts mas as tomadas nao estavam sinalizada com 110 e 220 tive dois equipamento meu queimado por falta de sinalização nas tomadas nem a proprietária sabe explicar qual era a tomada certa .o corredor do andar e um fedor insuportável.
