The room was very clean and well put together. Only thing ill say is the blinds by the bed have a section cut out to reach the balcony door handle. We covered it up just to feel more comfortable and it was not a problem. Would definitely come back to relax and be so close to all the really great spots around Birmingham

Great stay

The area was very nice, parking was also easy to find and it was very dog friendly. I did have trouble with check in because the lock jammed on me so it was hard to get my key fob but other than that it was a great stay and I would come back again.

Birmingham Modern Studio

This listing was very accurately depicted and exactly what the listing described. We loved the responsiveness of the owner and the attention to detail. Location was great and near lots of breweries and a seafood/oyster bar.

The listing advertised early check-in “if available,” which was one of the main reasons I chose this property. However, after booking and inquiring about checking in early, I was quoted an additional fee that felt quite high. I just wish that information had been made clearer in the listing details prior to booking. That said, we were ultimately able to check in one hour early at no extra charge, which was very helpful in allowing us to make it to our event on time. Great location for the convention center! Hope this helps, if your a traveling mom with kids that play sports!
