This a cozy yet spacious one bedroom condo which has anything you could possibly need stocked and ready for your stay. The outdoor space is very private, complete with an outdoor kitchen, dining table, fire pit and hot tub. The host was responsive and gracious. The location is great and within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend without reservation.

We love the privacy of the courtyard and plunge pool/spa. Condo is centrally located to our favorite restaurants and golf. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Bed is very comfortable. Charles is always responsive and helpful.

The condo was great…very comfortable, clean, with wonderful amenities and conveniently located. Charles, the owner, was very responsive & provided excellent details about the condo that made our stay a lot easier. The only downside was Evolve’s (the property management company) Property Damage Protection fee. It’s non-refundable whether you do damage or not. We have no problem with paying a damage security deposit which is then refunded if no damage is done.

Quiet and private in Palm Springs

This was an absolute dream of a vacation. The property is private but close to everything. If you are looking for an outdoor space that wows…this is the place! The outdoor kitchen was spectacular and the dip pool was perfect. I cannot wait to visit again. This is definitely my new home in Palm Springs
