Wonderful property.

The house was perfect for our stay. Great neighborhood. The resort pool and lazy river was lots of fun and very clean. Check in was a breeze and Anthony was readily available for any questions and or help-very easy to reach out to!

Great family getaway

We spent most days visiting vacation spots in Florida, but enjoyed coming back to the beautiful Regal Palms townhouse and resort. The AC provided a nice cool place to relax and rest. Our kids loved the pool amenities. We've visited Regal Palms a total of 4 times over the past 8 years. It's a great family place.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Resort pool was nice and well maintained. House was comfortable and properly stocked with necessities. Beginner supplies got us through most of our stay. There is a smaller bedroom on main floor but master is on 2nd floor as well as two other bedrooms. Dealing with the owner was easy and Anthony was quick to respond.

Great Home Away from Home!

Anthony and his home were amazing! We had such a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable and really easy to care for. Location is a little far from Orlando proper but the local area has really built up and it's a great spot to really relax. Anthony was incredible helpful and super friendly. We will definitely be staying with him again!

Peace and Quiet

Property was clean, quiet and perfect for a family to unwind and enjoy the resort. Resort was fun for the children and very clean. Our time here was relaxing and perfectly spent.

Great place to work!

My family spent 3 weeks in this unit. The owner was very responsive. There was plenty for the kids to do while I worked. Super close to everything but away from the traffic of Orlando. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Clean condo and great amenities

Our top priority is cleanliness and this condo exceeded our standards. We loved that there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our large group. Beds were quite comfortable. Amenities at the resort were amazing and our 4 littles enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and water slide immensely. The adults enjoyed the pool and the poolside bar that had very yummy drinks. These amenities were very close by - about a 5 minute walk. We would stay again. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Spring break

Let me start by saying the owner of this Townhome is AMAZING to work with. Very responsive to any concerns or questions. PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL ARE IN THIS COMMUNITY AS WE HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT OTHER PROPERTIES OWNERS AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT COMPANIES!!! The townhome 226 is very spacious! We had 2 adults( different families) and 5 children all ranging from 5 to 13 and plenty of room. Comfortable bedding and clean! It backs up to a fence so you have a little yard as we played alot of soccer in it. Short walking distance to pool area where there is a slide that is joined to a lazy river.BRING YOUR OWN FLOATS FOR LAZY RIVER! Pool bar and grill. Food was good and drinks were cold. Publix right around the corner. Here are a couple things about it that drove me crazy. The grills are a bit of a hike, so grilling was an adventure to get to! The kitchen only has one towel and one wash cloth, so be prepared to wash these several times during your stay or bring extra from home. Also there is no can opener of any kind in this unit. We kept saying we were going to go get one for it but always forgot. Other than that I could go on and on about the PROS to this place! I will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Clean with updated furniture

My family stayed at this condo over Spring Break. We were pleased to find it clean with updated furniture and appliances. It was well stocked and even had pool toys and board games. The pool area was well maintained, with a ton of places to sit. Even during the most crowded times we were able to find lounge chairs. Definitely a nice resort for the money and much less crowded than some of the bigger resorts closer to Disney.

Unit was too warm to sleep!

We went to Orlando for my 12 yr old's All-American Baseball tournament. We had strict instructions not to turn down thermostat below 72 degrees, the bedrooms were too hot to sleep in for August! My kid especially needed a good nights sleep to perform well the next few days, we called customer service to have AC fixed, they gave 1 floor fan!

Great Stay

Great location within the resort, not to close to all the action and noise and not too far from all amenities. No rear neighbours. Short 5 min walk with children to club house. Well kept and maintained.
