From booking to check out, it was a flawless process. Upon entering the condo, it was very clean, organized and had everything we needed to have a successful and carefree vacation. It was very close to the pool for our nighttime swims and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. You don't have to worry about renting any snorkel hear as they have so many options as well as beach chairs and umbrella. We highly recommend staying here and we will be coming back soon!

Jamie and Lori have a fantastic location in Kihei at the Maui Banyan. The condo was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare and save meals as well as beach towels, chairs, etc. Perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with family. Staying in Kihei was great to explore the Waikulu Distillery, horseback ride at Tripple L Ranch, ear at Kula Lodge, hike the waihee ridge trail, or just take in sunsets at our favorite beach by the Mana Kai.

We really enjoyed the Tropical Maui condo on the Maui Banyon property. Clean, nicely furnished with good kitchen appliances. Lovely access to the grounds and pool.

Really nice place

This place was great for a three generation trip. Each family was able to have privacy and yet interact. The facilities were great and the beach was a short walk away.

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Retreat in Kihei

The Condo is a Great location with steps to the Kamaole Beaches! The condo is furnished very nice with everything we needed. The host were more than accommodating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend ths condo!

July 2025 Maui Trip

From the start we knew we’d made the right choice! Communication leading up to our trip was perfect and we felt prepared to arrive with no troubles. Then when we arrived, we felt right at home away from home. Jamie knew we had a little girl celebrating a 7th birthday and went above anything we could’ve imagined. Kris, who assisted Jamie, was a great communicator as well. Checked on us via text consistently to make sure we were content and even dropped off life jackets for our 2 young ones for our many beach days! If you’re looking for a great place to stay, guaranteed your needs will be met…and then some. Awesome overall experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this condo in the future!

The condo was amazing! Loved having the separate space for the kids. Everything was updated and so nice. Short walk to the beach. We loved our stay there. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Maui.

Amazing location for a family vacation

This property is in a great location and is very walkable to the beach and restaurants. The condo complex has beautiful grounds and 2 very nice pools. The unit itself had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, and toys for our toddler. We would definitely stay here again!

A Home Away From Home

A wonderful location, close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The condo has excellent amenities with everything you’ll need to have a wonderful vacation. Ground floor location is ideal for vacationers with children. We loved it so much we’re returning in October!

Perfect for a Getaway

This place was perfect for our stay in Maui! We could walk right down to the beach or great food! It was an easy drive to our activities and parking was a breeze! The place had everything you could need—from beach toys to laundry and dish detergent, we were not left wanting in the slightest! I would highly recommend this location for anyone’s future travels!

We are Jamie & Lori Lawrence, and we are so pleased that you are here on our site. Jamie was born and raised on Maui and is a local entertainer. He's also a former US Army helicopter pilot and local helicopter tour/rescue pilot. Lori was born in the tiny Iowa town of Klemme (15 students in her high school graduating class), and later moved to Des Moines, where she worked as a school teacher for 16 years until she moved to Maui in 2004. Together we own and operate Tropical Maui Weddings (TMAUI•COM) and have been helping wedding couples plan their ultimate destination weddings on the island since 2005. We have extensive knowledge of this island and it's resources, and can assist you, our guests, with whatever you may need. We live right here on Maui and we're always available to assist or answer any questions. We want to make your stay at Tropical Maui Condo a most memorable one. We know that once you stay with us, you'll be back! We look forward to having you as our guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

After some extensive research, we decided on a vacation rental property at the Maui Banyan. We liked the close proximity to the many amenities available such as some of our favorite restaurants, the beautiful Kamaole beaches, activities, and of course the tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, and barbecue facilities available right on the property. This area of the island tends to enjoy nicer weather year round, and the trade winds which can sometimes blow pretty hard, are much calmer. Having covered parking available was also a big plus for us keeping our cars cooler on hot days. The condition of our unit was what ultimately sealed our decision to own it. The recent complete renovation which included granite countertops, upscale cabinets, tasteful artwork, etc., made Q107 stand out from the rest. It is truly a deluxe unit.

We enjoy beach walks at sunset, cool dips in the pool or the ocean on warm days, warming up in the hot tub on cooler nights, barbecuing poolside with friends, a romantic dinner at Cafe O'Lei. It's a place to really unwind and relax!
