Great, quiet location in colorful neighborhood. Easy mile drive, walk or bike to the beach. Pool area is nice but very busy. Appreciated the clubhouse having a gym (gym code needs to be included with check-in instructions). Personal garage with some beach supplies were nice addition. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

The place was perfect in every way except there was absolutely no soap, shampoo, conditioner, no dish soap, etc. This is the second property we’ve been to that does not include these and it is a frustrating experience. There are 3 showers so with no soap we had to run the shampoo and conditioner back and forth between them or hit up a nearby store. A/C was fantastic, location was great in the complex being really close to the trash and pool. There are a lot of stairs which for our kids wasn’t an issue but people who don’t like stairs won’t do well here. The complex is super kid friendly and the pool was amazing for them! Overall we loved it and the only thing to make it perfect would be a few bars of soap and some shampoo/conditioner.
