Excellent Condo

This property was very nice and location to the beach is excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and being able to see the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Not so comfy bed

We love Sea Side. Have stayed here for the last 20 years. The bed was not very comfortable and the space was very tight. Overall we enjoyed our stay just some slight adjustments may make it more comfortable.

Condo was clean and comfortable for 2 people , would be a tight fit for family of 4 with older kids. The pull out couch bed does need replaced . This is a great location . Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was excellent...see the details below.The one issue / suggestion is that hall door between zones and nearest to 234. The closer that should ensure the door closes gently and quietly is broken, resulting in a loud bang, which is an issue when we were trying to get to sleep.

Great sea side location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was a good fit for 2 people, but could have been a bit cleaner around baseboards and corners. Not enough bedding(extra pillows but no pillow cases), and definately not enough towels for one week stay (unless you want to do laundry). TV broke and I was not happy that I had to wait for repair person-it broke again after he left. Otherwise location was perfect-right on beach and close to shopping and restaurants.

It had everything needed to make meals, the full size fridge was great- and the 2 beach chairs provided were handy. Figuring out the TVs was tricky, but management was a help. The tv in the bedroom was also quite nice to have. The only thing I would change- owning a vacation property myself- would be to replace the mattress in the bedroom. It is squishy soft, and bad for your back. The best investment in your property is a mattress that sleeps well. Other than that- A plus unit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 nights at this Villa. Location is great with easy beach access and within walking distance to restaurants at Coligney Beach area. Furniture on balcony looks like it came out of a dumpster. Metal chairs rusted and plastic chairs so deteriorated from Sun that plastic powder comes off on your clothes. We used towels to sit on. Bathroom has been updated and newer appliances in kitchen. Very old area rug in living room that doesn’t look clean.

Not real clean, needs remodeling, noisy a/c.

We've stayed in several other units over the last several years, but never in one the condition of this one. Refrigerator was old and rusted on the outside, very unappealing to store your food in; baseboards have not been cleaned recently and probably haven't been painted in many years, bed is uncomfortable. We will never again deal with a unit managed by Vacation Time, we will only deal directly with owners in the future, there are extra fees and their cleaning fee is a lot higher than most. A/C rattled unless a chair was pushed against it. Unfortunately we could not make our reservations till late so we took what was available.

GREAT Location and Good Property

We stayed here during Spring Break with two adults and two kids. Here is the rundown as I saw it: Pros--comfortable master bed, fans with lights are nice, clean, kitchen looks upgraded with backsplash, location to beach and view were great, proximity to pool is excellent, grilling facilities close, gated parking lot makes you feel safe, awesome place to wash sand off when coming off the beach. walking and biking and playgrounds are perfect from here! Lots of restaurants and shopping are close. Check-in and check-out were fairly easy, and the staff of the management company were welcoming and helpful. Overall 4-stars. Good value property. 👏 Cons--outdoor furniture is rusting and can rip clothes, indoor accent chair is old and wobbly and blocks A/C unit, sofa bed is awful (my 4-year-old who can sleep anywhere complained and woke up several times and hurt her leg on it), and the biggest downfall for not giving 5 stars is NO CENTRAL A/C. I could never stay here in the summer in SC. *Not sure if there was an oversight on my part about this on the listing, and it doesn't reflect the owner or management.

Bed was comfy (sheets and towels were provided by a service and were clean and sanitized) and shower was new so that was great! This unit needs a deep clean though. It was musty smelling and too dirty for me. I struggled with being ok with it and tried to not be in the unit as much as possible. The deck/ balcony was great. We left a day early because it was going to rain on our last day and I could not stay in that condo all day in its condition. We bought air fresheners and spray. It did not help. I could not stay here again. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat though. It’s what you are comfortable with and it just wasn’t clean enough for me- by a long shot. Vacation rental company and staff were great!

Should be a lot nicer and cleaner for what you pay. It is close and convenient to beach and shops.

For the price I paid, I thought this would be nicer, updated condo. It wasn’t very clean. Also, worker took fan remotes away on the 1st day and never returned them.

Beach location

We had a great stay. The condo was on the beach and convenient to several bars and restaurants. Definitely rent or bring your bike.

Summer Beach Trip

The furniture, appliances and bathroom accessories need to be upgraded. The bed frame had wheels without locks so it rolled every time you sat or bumped the bed. The front door of the white refrigerator was partly covered with a rust color stain. I tried to wipe it down with cleaning wipes myself but that didn’t remove the rust color stain on the white refrigerator. The bathroom curtain and rods looked like they haven’t been changed in years. The bathroom metal rods were pretty rusty, so the shower curtain hadn’t been changed in a while either. Overall the location is great too the beach just need to address some of those issues!!!

2021 vacation

Our location was perfect for beach access , walking or bike riding to restaurants or shopping . The villa was outdated and needs a DEEP cleaning ( was dirty ) even though we had to wait to check in for it to be cleaned. Both tv remotes were broken apart and had to be fixed ( by us ) to use . Beach chairs in the closet were rusted and broken ( why are these not checked and thrown away ? ) shower curtain rings are very very rusted ( shouldn’t these be replaced ?) refrigerator looks terrible on the outside . Description for villa stated linens provided , we had one wash cloth ( total of 2 : 1 for me and 1 for my wife ) for the whole week with being told we could get more but with a fee ! We loved the area where you rinse the sand off your feet and etc although it began to not drain properly by the end of our stay . Parking began to be a problem ( wasn’t sure we were gonna find a spot when we returned especially toward the end of the day ) . The view of the ocean was ok for being a side villa Overall villa #234 needs attention .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at seaside villas. Dog were not suppose to be allowed, dog were residing in the condos. We saw and heard them in a daily basis. We had mice and palmetto bugs (aka cockroaches). The pool was not heated. The bed sheets were stained and torn. There were old moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot upon arrival. The white refrigerator was all rusty on the front, it is in the living room, so we had to look at it all the time. We fixed and re-hung the wall mirror. Bought batteries for the ceiling fans, times 2. Fixed a falling shelf over the stove. Cleaned the shower head for better water pressure. Bought a nite lite because the bathroom is pitch-black at nite. Carpet in living room and couch have stains. Empty, dirty flower pots and old plastic chairs stored on tiny balcony. Nice eyesore with morning coffee. No oven. No ice maker. Would never stay at seaside villas ever again. Paid way too much for an unloved condo that needs alot of tlc. The exterminator report in the unit showed last treatment was 4 months prior to our stay, not cool. This unit should not be allowed to be a rental. Renters have standards that are not met with Seaside Villas.
