I rent a beautiful house for the season, in a gated community, 24-hour concierge.

Peace and tranquility .Linda house located on top of Pitinga in Arraial D'Ajuda, Porto Seguro, Bahia. Four large suites with er air conditioning ceiling fan, balconies overlooking the sea. Up to 10 people stay well.
Kitchen, bar, living room with TV with Sky cable, dining room.
Garage, garden, terrace.
In the common area, swimming pool for adults and children, barbecue, sauna, gym.
It is located at 1 km from the city of Arraial, and 800 meters from the beach of Pitinga. You need car to go to town and the beach.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lugar muito agradável e perto da praia de Pitinga

O condomínio é um sossego e muito limpo; O administrador JÓ (condomínio) é gentil e disponível; As instalações da casa 1 são adequadas, mas ressalvo que as tomadas precisam ser trocadas pois algumas NÃO funcionam; As maquinas de AR condicionado são do tipo caixote, muito antigas, barulhentas e ineficiente, mas funcionam (recomendável serem trocadas)

O condomínio é fantástico! A casa é perfeita. Muito verde em volta. Próximo à praia. A Sra. Regina é muito atenciosa, prestativa. Nossas férias foram perfeita, recomendamos a casa pra quem deseja passar alguns dias com a família e deseja um local mais tranquilo e perto de tudo. Voltaremos com certeza. Obrigado!!!

Excelente!

A casa é excelente, com tudo que você necessita e fiel ao descrito no anúncio. A atenção tanto da proprietária desde do início como do caseiro Sandoval é fantástica, tudo que precisamos foi atendido. O condomínio está apenas 7 minutos de caminhada da praia, muito seguro e bem cuidado. A piscina é excelente!
