Turquoise Place 703D is a beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and over 2400 square feet. Recently remodled and the condo is now all tile throughout. Flat screen TVs throughout, including a 75" in the living room, a new gas grill, and new balcony furniture help keep entertaining a breeze! There is a King in the Master bedroom with a Twin sleeper chair, King in 2nd Guest bedroom with a Twin Sleeper Chair, 2 Fulls in 3rd Guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the Living Room for sleeping a total of 12.

Turquoise Place condos are luxury Gulf front rentals located in Orange Beach, Alabama. This resort features exclusive outdoor accommodations, like private hot tubs and gas grills on each individual beachfront balcony, setting it apart from any other! At Turquoise Place, you have full access to amenities, including an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools/hot tubs with spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. This rental was perfect for our family vacation. It is beautifully decorated. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and they were there within the hour. Great service. We will definitely rent this place again!

Turquoise Place is right on the beach. Beautiful white sand beach. Amazing view. Had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Difficult to find entrance upon arrival. Garage parking did not accommodate our large truck very well. No ID marking of parking levels. Condo was clean and spacious, but there was mildew in showers.

The condo was beautiful. We were upset that the hot tub people came on our last day Saturday and locked the tub. We planned on using it that night. No notice or explanation. We were in the unit when the guy left and said have a nice day.
