10/10 experience for a first time Philly visit. Hospitality and comfort was unmatched. Along with getting to stay and experience such a nice part of town. Everything was walkable and was very nice to come back to such a cozy host and room.

We had a most comfortable room with bath and rooftop terrace—the entire 3rd floor of the townhome. Besides being walkable to the historic area and many excellent restaurants, our stay was perfectly curated by our charming host.

We had another wonderful stay with Isolde as her place is in a beautiful spot with lots of activities nearby! Very comfortable and Isolde is a gracious host!

My stay here was excellent and would highly recommend to any one visiting Philadelphia. I was able to reach every point of interest on foot and basic necessities were always right around the corner. Check in and check out very easy, and the private parking spot is a life saver as parking is extremely difficult on the small streets.

The parking set up was great, upper patio was very relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The bed was very comfortable not like some where you meet in the middle.great resource for dinning, what to see/where to go and if it was walkable. Everthing we wanted to see or do was walkable. I expect our host will always be busy, so book your stay early.

Isolde was a great host. We highly recommend visiting! We were in walking distance to most local attractions, our room and bathroom was cozy and clean, and we loved the rooftop deck.

Lovely, clean 3rd floor room, excellent location for walking to the old city, center city, Washington Square and Queen village, excellent parking location in secure lot around the corner. On a residential street but just a few blocks from many commercial streets. The street was a bit noisy on weekend nights due to loud vehicles, but during the week it was very quiet. The patio looks out onto gardens and trees. Isolde, the host, was very gracious and responsive.

Host was so nice. We really enjoyed talking to her. She made a wonderful recommendation for a small Greek restaurant. The location is so good. Fun places to visit nearby, close to historical places, easy to walk to the metro, and the neighborhood is beautiful. The only bad thing was the loud motorcyclists and cars but I was told by numerous people this is all over the city. We live in the country so we were not used to the noise. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The house is uniquely decorated. My grandfather was a sculptor and many of his pieces are located throughout my home. The home is very cozy with a European flair to it.
