This recently updated condo is centrally located in Augusta and provides easy access to the Master's tournament, the medical district, Ft. Gordon/Ft. Eisenhower, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. This condo is located on the ground floor and features a screened patio overlooking a common space. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and a living room. There are also laundry facilities in the unit, a workspace and super comfortable mattresses and furnishings.

Quiet condo located close to shopping, the Augusta National, downtown, and the medical district.

There are two queen bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower combination, and the second bathroom has a shower with two seats. There is a dining area, a living room, a dedicated work space, and a screened patio.

There is one dedicated space for the unit, but there are multiple guest spaces located to the right of the building. You will need a car to best navigate the Augusta area.

Manager is a licensed real estate Broker in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Anyone smoking inside the property will incur a $750 fine.

The condo fit all our needs and Rose was a great host. We arrived a little early and she unlocked the condo for us to drop our luggage. We went off the explore and find check out our Masters parking for the next day and when we returned -- she had left us 4 Masters themed iced sugar cookies and a nice book about the Masters. Such a sweet gesture!!! and the cookies were yummy! We appreciated the easy check out ... not alot of to-dos - so it was easy to leave and arrive at Augusta National for a full day of the Masters!
