The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, small appliances, dishware and flatware. Perfect for a weekend getaway or family vacations!

Our Seagreen Paradise is a beautiful, modern beach inspired condo, 2 bedrooms (3 beds) 2 baths, 3rd floor- no one above you and views from the front and private balcony (Sleeps 5).

Our condo is strictly non-smoking area and thoughtfully decorated with your comfort and convenience in mind. New comfy mattresses and bedroom suites. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, small appliances, dishwater and flatware. The master bedroom has a private bath, queen-sized bed, and flat screen TV. The guest room has 1 full sized bed and 1 twin bed plus adjacent bathroom and flat screen TV.

** This unit comfortably accommodates 5 guests.

** MINIMUM RENTAL AGE REQUIREMENT IS 25.

Guest access
When you arrive at the property, you will check in with the 24/7 security guard, and they will present you with a parking mirror tag (1 free tag per vehicle) to be displayed during your stay.

- Access to "The Nest" to use newly renovated indoor swimming pool and hot tub, brand new fitness center, sauna and steam room. Access key card is provided in the room. Lost card is $25 replacement fee per card.

- Seven well lit tennis courts, one lit basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, outdoor hot tubs, bar & grill, beach store.

- Umbrella/Chair rental on the beach.

- Outdoor BBQ grills throughout the resort.

- Conveniently located laundry facilities (paid) on each floor of the buildings.

- Play 18 at the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course, which is rated as one of the Best Public Golf Courses in the country by Golf Digest Magazine. Kiva Dunes is located adjacent to the property, within walking distance of our condo.
Other things to note
This property is a beach vacation rental and managed by a local associate and cleaning company. We have 24 hour cleaning guaranteed after check-in. Should you have any concerns about cleaning service within that time frame, our cleaning team is more than happy to resolve.That being said, there are certain standards for beach rentals we want to make you aware of.

The cleaning company will provide the starter package to welcome you that includes 1 of each paper towel, toilet paper per bathroom, garbage bag, dishwasher detergent, soap bar per bathroom. These may not get you through the week. So please be advised to bring necessary toiletries per your need.

Kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cookware if you decide to cook, yet no seasonings are provided.

We have coffee maker but no filter or ground coffee is provided.

Please bring your own beach towels. Please do not take bath towels to the beach.
