Come experience the best of Cape Cod in this centrally located house! We take pride in managing this property ourselves so that we can offer you more amenities and a reasonable rate for families! Five minutes or less to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails, downtown Chatham shopping, and more. A great place to relax. Close to all the best beaches and shopping. Perfect for families or just a long getaway weekend. This spacious house is located in a quiet neighborhood. All rooms are bright and clean. Kitchen (remodeled in November 2022) has dishwasher; stove/oven; microwave; 4-slice toaster; coffee maker (and filters); abundant cabinet space; and is fully equipped for cooking/baking/grilling, including everything needed for lobster-fest. Living room (updated in November 2022) has abundant seating for everyone with two reclining sofas, a reclining arm chair, and a wing-back chair along with a 50-inch flat screen TV. Finished basement has a theater room with a 75" TV, and game room with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball. Large, private back yard with large deck, gas grill, outdoor games, and easy access to outside shower on deck. Two bedrooms have queen beds, third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Primary bathroom has a full-size step-in shower, and secondary bathroom has Jack-n-Jill sinks and full-size bathtub/shower. Portable crib, Graco pack-n-play, high chair, and child-friendly dishware all provided. Four beach chairs and towels provided, along with beach umbrella and beach toys in an easy to carry beach tote. Meticulously maintained by owners, and equipped with dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, all linens, toilet paper, tissues, and basic cleaning supplies.
No groups made up entirely under the age of 25 are allowed.
This property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
This property has two outward facing security cameras, one at the front door facing the driveway/street and one at the garage side of the house facing the garage.

It was a five star experience in every regard! Flawless! The kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil and pan. The medicine cabinet had all sorts of sprays for sunburn, Band-Aids, bandages, etc.. Linens and towels were supplied. The entire property was extremely well-maintained. We will return.

This property was exactly as described. We loved everything about it. Incredibly well furnished with lots of separate comfortable spaces for hanging out together and separately. Specifically, the basement game room/movie theater was incredible. We've stayed at lots of rental properties on the Cape and around the world. This was simply the best supplied house we've seen. Thoughtful and generous. We couldn't recommend it more highly.

On Cape for son's wedding! Stayed in Harwich to be near venue @ Wequasset Resort and were 4 minutes away.The house was cozy with plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen and great deck. All beds were super comfy and everything sparkled in bathrooms-perfect rental. Thank you!

Choosing this house officially made me a hero. As soon as we arrived, the kids forgot the long, heavy-traffic trip and were delighted. Our 3-generation group of 8 loved having comfortable space to spread out, both indoors and out. There is a yard for the kids and the deck often has shade - a lovely place to relax. The house was super clean and has everything, including a well-equipped kitchen, games, and night lights just where you need them. The location is great: quiet and peaceful but close to many activities. My grandson marveled that I found a house so close to everything! We all hope to return next year!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay!! We are always trying to improve the house without going over the top, thus being able to maintain fair rates that families can afford. We are updating the kitchen, completely replacing it, but the supply chain issues caused that to be pushed off until the fall since the kitchen is not arriving until July. When we do the kitchen, we will also be replacing the floors in all the main living areas on the first floor.

Family Friendly Home

Our week at Laura's Vacation home in Harwich was enjoyable for our family and our childrens' friends who visited at the later half of our week's stay.Laura has put much thought in making the stay at her house comfortable as her kitchen was well stocked. Laura provided sheets which was a plus for us as we had to bring our own sheets in the past at other vacation homes. She also had games enjoyable for kids young and old including bikes to ride on the Cape Cod trail but would need to drive to the the nearest Trail parking lot located around a couple of miles away. Also, the house was in a central location for us as Chatham,and Harwich Port was nearby and the beaches we liked to visit such as Nauset and Red River Beaches were fairly close. (15 minute Drive)

Why they chose this property

The house is well-furnished and roomy enough for 8 adults, whether you are here for a week of summer vacation, attending a wedding, or just getting away with friends. The private back deck is the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee and evening grilling with friends and family!

What makes this property unique

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open and roomy, easily allowing 8 adults to be in the same area of one another without feeling in each others way. The laundry is on the same floor in its own room just off the kitchen. The house is bright all day long with the sun rising on the kitchen side and setting on the living room side. The driveway can easily accommodate multiple vehicles.
