TOP FLOOR Coastal Cutie With A View

Sanibel Siesta on the Beach. Unit 211. Magnificent front view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from this 4th floor condo! This unit has a tropical theme with lots of little extras to make your stay special. This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home and is an easy walk to the beach and pool. The master suite has a king bed and access to a large screened lanai. The guest bedroom has doors which can connect to create an en suite. It also has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD/VCR, linens and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 4 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Better than a hotel

This is a lovely, well-appointed, clean condo with a fabulous view from the screened-in porch. Kitchen had what we needed and wifi worked well. Great location, easy access to the beach, professional, non-imposing staff. Very relaxing stay. Sanibel is great but even better off season.

Amazing Relaxation

Sanibel Siesta was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We stayed for a week between my daughter's high school graduation and US Army Basic Training. We made wonderful memories!

Great location. The elevator was out due to the hurricane so the four flights of stairs was a challenge. Clean and pleasant interior. Needs a 3 way. Bulb in the second lamp in the living area. Quick fix. Would stay again when the elevator has been repaired.

Fun family times

We vacationed with our 9 & 13 year old children. We all enjoyed our space along with many board games that were available to us. We had a family competition on who collected the best shell. Everything you need for a home cookedeal and a great screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee. The island is still very much under construction from hurricane Ivan but there is still plenty to do and to enjoy. Just a little less crowded so enjoy! nest shell each evening

Weekend getaway

Upon arrival, I was told the elevator was broken and was being worked on. We were on the fourth floor. The elevator was never working during our stay. It was very difficult for our friend with rheumatoid arthritis to go up and down the stairs. Someone should have contacted me in advance to see if that would be a problem.

Super cute!

The property itself was great! Beautiful room, very quiet, perfect location. The only complaint I have is that when booking online I requested that the twin beds be made into a king before our arrival. I requested that again when emailing with property manager, and again a third time when speaking with then on the phone to pay my balance a few weeks before coming. We arrived and still had twin beds. They did come fix it promptly the following morning for a $10 charge. I felt this to be a bit ridiculous since it amounted to pushing two beds together which I could have done myself. Other than that everything was fine.
