Welcome to Champagne Shores, a cozy 3-bedroom home located in the gated, family-friendly waterfront community of Colington Harbor.

Once you step inside this bright and beachy home, you will be welcomed with coastal décor and cathedral ceilings in the great room. A dining area for six transitions into a comfortable living area, while the well-equipped kitchen boasts updated appliances and countertops. Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths round out the interior at Champagne Shores.

Outside, the large wraparound deck is where you will want to spend your mornings sipping coffee. Downstairs, a patio with seating and a fire pit provides a space to gather and reminisce on the day’s activities. Enjoy a game of ping pong in the covered area underneath the house, or soak in the hot tub and relax after a long day of fun in the sun! Rinse the day off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside to plan tomorrow’s adventures.

The whole family will love all of the amenities Colington Harbour has to offer just .06 miles away, including a soundside park with sandy beaches, a playground, with a sheltered picnic area, an Olympic-sized soundfront community pool and kiddie pool, community tennis, and basketball courts. Colington Harbour also offers boat ramp access, so you can cruise the canals or hit the sound for a fun-filled day on the water!

The beautiful beaches of Kill Devil Hills are just a short drive away (approximately 4.4 miles) from Champagne Shores. There are also many restaurants nearby, including Harbor Grill and Pizza (1 mile), The Saltbox Café (2.1 miles), and Colington Café (3.1 miles). Don’t forget to check out the Wright Brothers Memorial, also located nearby!

Champagne Shores is pet-friendly! Please note, dogs only, as the owner is severely allergic to cats.There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Colington Stay

The corner lot had a significant amount of construction and through traffic during the stay. Tennis courts were advertised as an amenity but were locked. The pool staff was quite rude trying to retrieve the key. The beds on upper part of the bunk beds were not made. Multiple dishes were put away dirty and there was hair in the shower. TV remotes needed batteries replaced. Overall the part of this house that was great was the outdoor amenities such as ping pong, darts, the hot tub, and fire pit.
