This 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers a prime location within the resort, beautiful down-island views, and a comfortable layout for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. With accommodations for up to 4 guests, A16 is an excellent choice for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking convenience, comfort, and easy access to resort amenities.

The villa features a king bedroom with shutter doors for added privacy, a full bathroom, and a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area for four make it easy to enjoy meals in the villa, while the private patio offers beautiful views of St. John, Jost Van Dyke, and the Caribbean Sea. The unit also includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, and ceiling fans.

A16 is conveniently located just steps from Lionfish Grill, the Terrace Pool, Captain’s Lounge, the resort lobby, guest laundry, and nearby parking.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Friendly staff, AMAZING views, close to everything was a total pleasure. The only thing I might say is the off site shuttles are in fact taxis which of course you pay for but they were on time, helpful and friendly.

Gorgeous views, but the hills are not for the faint of heart haha

We had a wonderful time in USVI at Point Pleasant. The entire staff was friendly, super helpful, and overall made it a lovely stay! The views are incredible, Pineapple Beach and Margaritaville are right next door, Shoreline Grill is in the resort, and offers some really cool views and tasty eats. Coki Beach was a 15min. walk away, as well. Admittedly, if you do walk around the resort, be prepared to hike up some pretty steep hills - I work remotely and am probably way more sedentary than I should be, so my muscles were definitely feeling the burn hahaha but it was undoubtedly worth it for the views (nothing worth having ever comes easy, right?) ;) I would stay definitely stay here again! Thank you to all of the staff at Point Pleasant and some of the locals we met, along the way, for making my birthday trip so unforgettable!

Great stay with a view and tons of amenities

We had a great time. The property is on a very steep hill, and there are three pools to choose from and two beaches to lay at. The front desk is very nice and very responsive! Great place.

The front desk was more than happy to answer all of my questions about the island. They helped me plan excursions and told me where to get the best food and drinks in redhook. The location of the resort is great in regards to the ferry terminal. A16 was very comfortable and suited my family well. We really loved the balcony and view.

Great balcony area

Our summer vacation was so amazing. We sat out on our balcony area and enjoyed the view! We also had groceries delivered through the grocery program so we didn't have to worry about going to the store. I would recommend this property to everyone!
