The views are spectacular, the sounds of sea and birds are soothing and transporting. The hot tub and little garden, complete with barbecue, offer yet another niche to relax. Definitely hope to stay here again.

The accommodation met the expectations we expected after viewing the ad. Location was perfect and although there was no parking provided we always secured street parking in front of the house. We received prompt service from maintenance (Shane) when there was an issue with the lock combination. I had the occasion to visit the rental office to gain access to a printer. Great service provided. I would stay there again.

It is cozy, has a lovely view of the Bay and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Betsy has thought of everything and is very responsive to anything that might arise. We love the location of Betsys as it is close to shopping, the Aquarium, and is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

No better location and no better place exists on this earth.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at Lindas' apt. Everything was just right for us. Linda is a great host and was very understanding of our needs.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Mermaid Hideaway. You truly can’t beat the location and the view of the ocean! The place is super clean, the bed is extremely comfy with luxurious bedding and the heated toilet seat is definitely a nice touch. It’s the perfect place to stay for a coastal getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and there was plenty of space for our family. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. We also enjoyed the location: close to the busier side of Monterey or the relaxing town and coastline of Pacific Grove.
