Clean fully equipped with pool and beach stuff, beach towels and chairs. Host is easy to reach and very accommodating. Pool is exceptionally clean. On a beautiful beach. Gorgeous sunsets!

Excellent stay

Our family had a delightful and restful vacation stay. The condo was clean and organized with plenty of towels and linens. Easily accessible by elevator and located on the first floor, and parking was under the building and away from the steaming sun!

We had an amazing stay at beachfront condos. Glen was very communicative and helped if we had any issues which, thankfully there were none. The area is a perfect spot where you have the beach in the pool check in was easy checkout was even easier. The place was really nice and big super clean lots of towels. What else can you ask for? Will definitely be returning customers and will be back next year

Family beach vacation

We had a great stay at this condo! It was steps from the beach, had a great pool and dining and shopping were right across the street. Location couldn’t be better! Condo was spacious and had all the essentials. Plenty of towels and lots of beach chairs and toys. Having a washer and dryer on site was a huge bonus. The floors could use a good mopping, but other than that, everything was clean.

The condo was nice and clean. It was on the beach and really close to Johns Pass. It was nice with a laundry room where we could wash our swimsuits before leaving. The communication was great with the owner.

Great 3 bedroom condo for the price and location

The condo has 2 masters but one has 2 beds and the other room has a queen. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but that won’t keep us from coming back. The location is top notch. Complex is very friendly but can get loud at night from kids running around, but they were having fun. Glenn was awesome to work with and a great communicator. I will definitely be back when I travel with a large group again.

Perfect place!

Everything was very nice. Easy access to the beach, covered parking stall. Walked to boardwalk and restaurants/shops daily, watched boats passing through John’s Pass from the balcony, loved everything about this location. Definitely would return. Thank you!!

Great for Families

We loved the space that the condo provided for our family of 5. We were very thankful for the pool and beach toys and equipment that were provided. The view from the balcony of the drawbridge was a huge hit for the kids.

Great Place

Our Stay at Beach Place and this condo was great. The place was very clean, the check in process was very easy, Owner was great to deal with. The condo has been updated from the pictures on this listing which was a great surprise when we arrived. There was updated bedding & bathroom items, leather sofas, flooring had been replaced (no carpet), new appliances and a laundry room was not pictured (amazing to have that). The condo was stocked with a lot of towels which was a plus because that is always an issue when we travel. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Some beach items were there as well which was great, umbrella, chairs, floats, boogie boards, a few toys (nice to not have to buy all that for our trip). We had a great time and would recommend this place to others and hopefully we can stay here again in the future.

I am retired now and enjoy coming from our home in Southern California to be on the beach with its warm water, and to visit family that live in Madeira Beach.

We enjoy walking on the beach early in the morning and spending time with family that live close by. We are on the first floor, so it's just a few steps to the beach, pool, and our condo's single parking space. The coastal vibe is very apparent. Time to take things easy.

Our condo is on the first floor of the beach side building at Beach Place. There is easy access to the beach, pool,and our unit's single parking space. It is just across the street from John's Pass Village with its shopping, dining, and watercraft rentals with easy and safe access by walking under the bridge to Treasure Island and points south of there.
