Experience Orlando's attractions in this 3-bedroom Pool Home that's 20 min from most all attractions and 45 from the closest beach. (2 on the Atlantic and 1 on the Gulf of Mexico) . Located in a small neighborhood off the 408/417 making it easy to get just about anywhere in Central Florida within 20 minutes. Close to UCF, Full Sail and Valencia College East. The pool is surrounded by lush green foliage with an array of over 200 plants and flowers and has full outdoor kitchen. The home is a 1672 sqft, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full bath with the master being an ensuite and goes to the pool. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and flat screen TV. The home has a familyroom open to the fully equiped kitchen with X-tra large island. Laundryroom with front loading washer and dryer, a formal livingroom and diningroom. The patio is covered and has large acacia wood table that seats 6. The house is equipped with all the essentials, including an iron, AC, hair dryer, WiFi, and heating. Come enjoy everything Orlando and our home has to offer.

The house was amazing. As soon as you walk through the door you smell such a pleasant scent, that was each and every time we walked through the door. The house was extremely clean. TanyaDanny, the hosts were amazing, great communication!! All of the beautiful flowers aside the pool was just an added bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here 10 out of 10!!

Orlando Stay

We loved our stay in Orlando at this house. The outdoor space was so relaxing, spent most every morning and evening in the screened in patio. Kids loved the pool.

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. Tanya and Danny are perfect hosts. They were very attentive to all of our needs. We hosted friends living in the area and made good use of the outside kitchen. We hope to return again

Botanical Garden Home. It speaks loud and clear. The landscape is very beautiful. The home itself is very comfortable, pleasant, over all beautiful. The swimming pool, outside kitchen everything you'll need for a perfect get to gather with family and friends. The home is equipped with everything. All you need to do is move in. Very well updated, and clean. Hosted a few friends, and family. Perfect vacation home. Loved every minute of my time there. Most of all the home was very cool inside.

Wonder house and amazing Host

This was my first time booking through VRBO and this house was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was very quiet and the property was very well kept. Check in was easy and the Host , Hayley, met with me when i arrived and gave me a complete tour. Our host was very responsive if we needed anything and worked well with us to schedule yard maintenance during our stay. Everything was as it was described and I would whole heartedly recommend this house to stay in. I want to thank Tanya and her family for allowing and trusting us to stay in their home during our stay. I am looking forward to future vrbo experiences because of them.

I came to Orlando for the Jesus 2025 conference, and brought 3 other people. We needed a place close to the CFU arena. This house fit the bill perfectly. Those with me had never stayed in a VRBO and they loved it. The house was set up nicely. The rooms were great. One thing...I wish there had been more hangers and storage for clothes in the 3rd bedroom Had to move the pretty decor into the dining room while we were there. We didn't want to break anything. I believe this is the hosts personal residence when they are in the country. The decor reflected this.All in all, the house was comfortable and pretty well appointed. We were close to our conference. Tanya made herself available to help with the lock app which I had trouble with in another rental in Oregon. That was greatly appreciated. One thing that most places have that she didn't, was a binder with local info. Restaurants, things to do, helpful hints for the area. It would have been helpful. All in all a very good stay. Would stay again.

Our names are Danny & Tanya Stewart and we bought our home in here in Orlando in 2007. We have lived in our home full time the past 15 years and in 2022 we went into ministry full time as Missionaries to Central America. Because we only live in the United States 6 weeks out of the year and travel between Florida and Georgia we decided to share our home with our guest who desire to visit Florida and Georgia.

We bought this home because our Son attend the local college and it was close for him to commute. Planning to sell once he graduated in 2010 we realized the location was perfect as Realtors because we could be anywhere in Central Florida within 30 minutes to the North, South, East and West so we stayed!
