Nice property

Comfortable property in a nice neighborhood. Clean, all the conveniences. Host was most hospitable. For us, location was great — we were at a golf event in East Orlando. About 10 minutes to a wide range of great restaurants.

This house was perfect. Great location, close to UCF. I will definitely book again since my son will be going to UCF for the next four years. Also, great communication from the owners.

loved the location of this property house was very nice, would definitely come back. just need to check all the outlets because there was a lot that wouldn't work both bathroom didn't work nor kitchen outlets thanks again

A fantastic getaway

I took my two sons to Florida for a getaway. From first booking throughout our stay, the homeowner was very communicative and responsive. House was very clean and had all amenities. The listing was accurate and everything was great! We had a wonderful time!

A little break

We live in North FL and came down for a little break. We really enjoyed the area. The house is clean and comfortable! Nicely equipped too. Manager was very helpful. We slept great and loved the cozy couch and blankets.

In the beginning of the storm

Recommend the property to all. Check in was easy, everything was ready for us. We checked in prior to hurricane Milton. We were able to stay for 3 days, during that time we had a lot of fun. House is very roomy and open concept makes it really nice. Office space if you are working remote is very nice. Just sad that we couldn’t stay for the entire time that we hoped. Neighborhood is nice and quiet as well.

Our trip was cut short but we did stay for one night of our original planned stay. If you need just a place to sleep this did just fine. Oven didn't work for us to cook in, a few kitchen outlets did not work at all. Two of the homes ceiling fans didn't work. Backyard can use more than two chairs to sit by the pool when you're a family of 4. The one side table in master, felt like it was going to fall apart if you placed anything on top. Was disappointed in this stay.

Worked good for visiting son at college

Property was clean, check in was easy, and pool was clean and ready to go as well. The kitchen sink has extremely poor water flow, due to a nozzle that needed to be replaced. We let them know immediately on day 2 of 7, but that never got fixed. The shower head was broken in the master bath upon arrival but they had someone fix that right away once we let them know on day 2. Overall good visit, just can’t be great when the main kitchen faucet doesn’t work properly and water comes out at a trickle.

Close to Everything, Spacious, Clean, Safe.

Our family enjoyed an extraordinary 7 day trip and stayed at this beautiful home. The spacious, welcoming space offered an opportunity for us all to spread out and enjoy space together then sleep soundly in separate parts of the home. We enjoyed sitting out by poolside but unfortunately it was a little bit chilly to go in. Having the screened in space was wonderful to not have to worry about birds or bugs. The location was fantastic too. 30 minutes to all the parks and Disney Springs. Additionally, 12 minutes from my daughter who attends college close by. There is a great kitchen space for cooking and relaxing. The open concept made it very easy to get comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet even though the highway is in the back of the house. It didn’t affect anything about the space. There isn’t any food choices within walking distance but less than 10 minutes or less are many choices for food and shopping. We ordered New York style pizza one night and it was there in 10 minutes and it was delicious. This vacation was amazing because of the location and accessibility of the home to everything. Clean and updated. Highly recommend!!! Will rent again soon.

Nice house But Needed to be Stocked Better

Upon our arrival the check in was super easy. However, the house was super hot as the air was set to 80. We turned on fans to get air moving and quickly learned the living room and one bedroom fan didn’t work. The floors, desk in the living room, and dining room chair were also dirty. I messaged the host and was asked to use the remote on the wall for the fans. I said I did and it still wasn’t working. I sent photos and video of us trying to get the fans working and of the dirty floors. I was told to stand by as they tried to figure out the issue with the fans. Never heard from the host regarding the fans. The host apologized for the dirty floors and furniture and stated they had it professionally cleaned. We were refunded a small portion of our nightly stay. The ad states it can sleep 6. There were only 4 coffee cups, the couch will seat 3 and one chair which is only enough seating for 4. There was one other chair but it was wobbly and looked like it had a broken leg that I made the host aware of. Also there is only seating for 2 outside at the pool. The house was decent but can tell it is not well maintained. The peel and stick backsplash was coming off. You can tell where there have been holes and were roughly patched over. The pool was nice but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

You Can Do Better

First and foremost, I'd just like to clarify that this is an adequate place to stay. It functions as a residence: a place to sleep, a shower, a kitchen, and a TV. But within this heavily trafficked vacation area, you can do better. The "cracks" within this flip are too glaring to glaze over. - The builder-grade cabinetry in the kitchen is unfinished in more ways than one. - There is a hole in the relatively new-looking flooring in the living room. - We stayed for five nights. At no point was the pool clean enough to be usable. - The door to the master bedroom is held on by six screws.After contacting management several times, I was informed that the property manager has never physically been to this home and is only made aware of issues via renters and the cleaners. The management did attempt to rectify several issues, primarily by refunding one night due to the state of the pool. But before we even set foot in the house, it was destined to be inferior due to a lack of care.The best way to exemplify this problem is that several door stops have ceased to function due to deterioration. Rather than replace the stops, which at most cost a few dollars, someone is constantly patching the wall where the doors are leaving indents.So many of these problems could be addressed if someone would just walk through this home, but they'd rather wait until someone, like myself, brings it to their attention. In the end, they can do better.

Nice home for what we needed

The place was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner allowed for an early check in which was appreciated. The stay worked for what we needed it for. A few things that could improve the experience. Exterior lights, the house had no porch or driveway lights. I notified the owner on night one and informed her that it didn’t need to replace that evening (it was 9 pm) but we would be out the entire next day. It was never changed. We also realized the garage lights to the driveway were out. We checked all switches but wasn’t the issue and never addressed. Bath towels were very small. We had one normal size towel, but the others were too small to even wrap around fully after showering. Heater/AC. FL was cold while we stayed, we raised the thermostat from 65 to 72 the first evening we were there, however woke up the next morning to the home at 65. This happened every evening. the rules stated to keep the temp between 72 and 83. It was a nest unit so I am unsure if it was a program set or the owners adjusting, but it would never stay at what we adjusted it to. Mornings were always cold. The home was equipped with water bottles in the fridge and had everything we needed to cook while there. The only thing to note is there is no dishwashing soap to use the existing dishwasher
