Hi Gabrielle, we're really sorry to hear the stay didn’t meet your expectations, especially with everything else going on. We wish we'd had the chance to address these issues while you were here—especially the oven and outlets—but we understand your early departure was due to an emergency. Your feedback helped us spot some things we needed to fix, and we appreciate you sharing it. Wishing you and your family all the best.

Thank you for your feedback, Sara. I’m truly sorry parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We responded as quickly as possible and provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. Since your visit, we’ve replaced the fans, addressed the cleaning concerns with our team, and updated the furniture and seating arrangements to better accommodate groups. I appreciate you bringing these things to our attention and helping us improve for future guests.
