Entire space, backyard and side yard are available for guests. There are a couple of kayaks and life jackets if you would like to try to paddle thru the canal. We do NOT assume any liability for the use of them and are expecting that you are familiar and fit enough to use them unsupervised.
Other things to note
Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of the residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
No Smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.
No Pets Allowed.
Max car parking is 4 cars. Besides the 3 garage spots, there's room for an additional 2 cars in the driveway.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Occupancy cannot exceed the number of guests the property sleeps</>
Highchair and Pack-n-Play are available upon request

The pool cleaning company comes every Monday & Thursday around 8am, and the landscaper comes on Mondays around 10am. They are super quick and enter through the backyard and won't disturb you.
