The host of this property is outstanding! Very communicative and flexible with our unique needs, and exceptionally attentive. The home is very clean, and just as pictured on the listing on VRBO.com. We loved the sea views, walking distance to a beautiful Nature reserve, and such close proximity to the Maunabo city center.The features and amenities within the home are top-notch! Every Kitchen gadget we could want to enjoy meals at home, super comfy bedding, cozy furniture, and excellent security features. We look forward to staying with Muriel again in our future Beach trips.

We really appreciated the many amenities, such as coffee, toothpaste, toothbrush, and makeup. The only reason we are giving a four star, is because the owner took over three hours to respond to an emergency situation...the front door lock malfunctioned, not allowing entry. We called her numerous times, the security guard called her numerous times, and vrbo called her numerous times. She apologized stating she was "working". While we appreciate the gesture, if she is unable to respond promptly, she needs a back person. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Maunabo stay

We stayed as a family including 2 adults, 2 adult children and one child. We had plenty of room and adequate number of restrooms. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach was there. The location is far from the city, but that was what we wanted. The seaweed made the beach nearby impossible to use , but the views were amazing. The host was very responsive and the community is quiet and not very crowded.

Truly Serene

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The communication with Muriel was great. We have traveled the entire island and this location was perfect!! The place was very comfortable and calm and we truly recommend it!! We will definitely be back. Security was top notch and the guards would do their rounds. It was an amazing experience

Great stay!

Thank you Muriel for the responsiveness and attention! One improvement area is the cleanliness of linen (bed) but otherwise the stay was great. The view from the balcony is spectacular and this apartment is a great option for a quiet break far from all the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful view!

The view and the cool ocean breeze at night were so peaceful. The area isn’t as developed as other parts of the island so it didn’t feel crowded. The only drawback is because it’s remote there aren’t a ton of places to go but that doesn’t take away from the beauty and hospitality of the space.

Isla de encanto

My family and I came to visit family as our father is sick. We were close to where they live so we were able explore and enjoy Maunabo while driving to see them daily. The pool was great as well as the playground for the kids to play on. We enjoyed the beautiful view from every window and the condo was supplied with anything you might need for a great vacation! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this part of the island again!

Amazing views!

Beautiful property with great views. There were so many things available that I felt I over packed. Had user error checking in, but super easy afterwards. Have stayed at other units in Villas Del Faro and this has been the most responsive host.Only minor issues. The laundry in the photos was unavailable which would have been appreciated to know during the welcome text to avoid having to bug the host.The second issue which unsure if the host or if they hire a third party to clean, there were instances of poor quality with the items provided.The Lays chip were expired for 6 months and we decided to toss them. One of the razors (brought my own but you could clearly notice it) was very much used, most likely to remove lint. These made me a bit weary of using pantry/fridge items provided.However, these weren't deal breakers for me as I was not planning on using these.Overall, loved my stay and would recommende.

Everything and I mean everything was included, overstocked and in great condition. The views of the sea and the green surroundings from the two balconies were beautiful and expansive. The master bedroom was large with a great insuite bathroom and deck. The other two bedrooms were good size and fully furnished including beach towels, cooler and chairs. The beach is a short but steep walk or a two minute drive. The beach, Maunabo and.the friendly locals all inspired to make our stay magical. Muriel is a great host and very attentive. First rate and five stars.Did I mention the tennis courts, two pools and.well manicured gounds?
