Guest access

We offer a keyless entry. Each new guest receives their own code for safety. If you have any issues with the code I will have someone on site to help.

The blue bracelet, which can be found on the kitchen counter, allows up to 6 people to access the community pool. You are welcome to take one of the pool towels in the unit to the pool or you may ask for one at the pool.

We have a washer and a dryer for your convenience. We ask that you get as much sand off your towels and clothes before putting them in the wash.

Beach chairs and an umbrella can be found in the storage closet right outside the unit door to your left.

Other things to note:

Upon Arrival
The Palmas Security Gate will want to know where you are staying. You will be at unit # 148 at Beach Village. Once you clear the Main Gate you will go through the Beach Village Security. You will have access to parking in the parking lot. It is numbered #148. The apartment will be found in Beach Village Building 5, second floor, #148.

Additional parking spaces are unmarked and are subject to availability. Please do not park in any other numbered spaces as your car will be towed. Please only use #148 or a spot that is unmarked. You may use the parking all the way in the turnaround at the end of the complex if there is no other option.

Trash
Please dispose of your trash daily in the closet outside the apartment front door(on your left). The trash will be picked up every day, except Sunday.

No Smoking
We have worked really hard to create a healthy and relaxing environment. We ask that you please refrain from smoking of any kind (cigarettes,marijuana,vaping) in our home.
We have a strict no smoking policy. There are monitors installed that detect tobacco and marijuana smoke and send an alert. If there is an alert you will be asked to vacate immediately, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged and no refunds for the remaining time of your stay

Safety
Please be sure to register all guests with the gate security guard, please give the full name of all guests including children under age of 12.
