Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in a secure and welcoming neighborhood! With two spacious king beds, this cozy retreat is perfectly suited for travel nurses, students, and professionals seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay in Dallas. Located in the beautiful Knox/Henderson Area, just a short 6 min drive to SMU and walkable to shopping and restaurants! Let this be your perfect home away from home!

Bedroom number 1: Master bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom number 2: King bed, private full bathroom
Kitchen: Brand new appliances, Oven and electric stove, Dishwasher.
Laundry: Washer and dryer available for use
Front porch with bench- Perfect for morning coffee or to read a good book
Backyard with firepit
Wonderful walkable neighborhood with friendly people

Please note: This is the main home on lot, there is a tiny house (guesthouse) in the back. Driveway is shared, however each tenant has their own parking. Guesthouse is rented to traveling professionals on a midterm bases. Feel free to contact me for any clarification and questions.
