Sea Pines Harbour Town- Very close to the Island's Landmark Lighthouse & Marina.

The Island's landmark Harbour Town lighthouse is just a few blocks away, is surrounded by shops, eateries and the spectacular yachts in the marina. You will find our 2 story townhouse (see floor plan in photos) to be bright and very comfortable with the ideal location. The jewel of Sea Pines, the Beach Club is a 5 minute free trolley ride away.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea or an afternoon beverage on the patio as you view the golfers on the No. 1 green of this PGA tournament golf course.

Perhaps a swim suits you? Well you can be poolside with just a few steps from our home. If the beach is in your plans you can ride the free trolley (during the spring/summer season) with a stop about 100 yards from our front door, ride your bike (about 1 mile) or drive (3 mins) to the Sea Pines Beach Club (parking restricted to 50 cars from 9am-5pm Mar 23-Labor Day).

And don't forget to stop by the South Beach Marina, home to the Salty Dog and many other shops and eateries.

For bike rentals consider Riding Tigers who offer our guests a special weekly rate.

We spend about 5 months a year here so our guests can rest assured that everything is in working order and the unit is in good condition.

Great property!

Very nice place. Close to Harbortown and minutes away from the beach by shuttle. Don was always responding if we had any questions. Highly recommend this property. Will book again.

First Time Visiting Hilton Head

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. It was clean and comfortable and in a quiet location. Don, the owner, was personable and responded promptly to any questions. We would stay there again in the future and recommend this rental to friends and family!

Perfect Sea Pines Villa

This villa is excellent for anyone staying in Sea Pines. The location is a short bike ride or drive to anywhere in Sea Pines. The villa was VERY clean and provided more than enough room for my family of 4. We will definitely stay here again in the future, if available. 5 stars all-around!!

Sea Pines Resort - Heritage Villas - a great Harbour Town location

If Harbour Town is your desired location, then this townhouse property is a great option. It is situated near the green of the first hole of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links. Harbour Town offers excellent shopping, dining, watersports, fishing charters and sightseeing tours, and beautiful views of Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. The unit could stand some updating, but all in all, it was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the owner's responsiveness to all of our questions made the stay more enjoyable.

Pleasant stay , perfect location

Home was clean and a good size for our family of 5. One younger child who slept in the king bed with us. The location is ideal. Don sent me extensive and detailed information prior via email. We rented bicycles for 1 week and he gave us a promo code for a discount- they were delivered with no issues. Don even notified us that we can check in earlier and accommodated for a late check out which we were grateful for since we had a late flight. There were some hiccups with the apt that Don took care of and was responsive to. The sofa and mattresses can be updated but other than that everything was pleasant!

Mixed Review

This was our second time staying in as many years, and our experience this time was unfortunately somewhat different. The unit has a great location at a reasonable price and is generally quite clean. Both bathrooms have been recently updated and were functional for our family of 5. However, this year multiple issues were raised, the response to which was lackluster and seemingly left for us to resolve. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay but are uncertain if we would choose to stay here again.

Wonderful Villa and Owners

The Villa was very clean and enjoyable. Don was easy to communicate with and allow us early access to the villa. We have vacationed in Sea Pines for 40 years and this villa is one of the best. Thanks Don and Tish!

Harbour Town Villa

Excellent villa within walking distance to the Lighthouse, marina and the shops of Harbour Town. It's close to the pool and the unit was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Fun

This property had the perfect location. It was walking distance to Harbor Town and a bike ride to the Sea Pines entrance, South Beach and other fun attractions. The owner, Don was quick to reply to any issues and was always just a “text” away. We enjoyed our time while in Hilton Head Island with our family.

Excellent Location and Great Complex

Clean villa and it's nice to have two bedrooms. Plus, it's well-furnished in the bedrooms and living rooms. The Heritage Villas complex is also one of the better villas we have stayed at in Sea Pines with a nice and big pool, plus it's easy to bike to Harbourtown or the Beach Club. It's nice being able to look out over the golf course. As a heads up, if you're not an early riser, the ground crews are getting the course ready early (at approximately 630am) in late August and early September.

Everything was exactly like advertised and communication with owner was great. Thought beach towels were provided but that was our fault for not reading more detail. We will definitely visit again.

Communication with property owner was excellent and helpful. Real close to Harbour Town. 5 people but were only given 4 washcloths had to buy washclothes

Excellent proximity to Harbour Town and Great Accomodations!

Unit was lovely! Just the right size for my family of 5. I especially enjoyed having the bedrooms upstairs to keep things quieter downstairs whenever necessary. The best part of this unit for us, though, was its proximity to Harbour town and also being able to leisurely watch the golfers on the 1st green of the PGA golf course while sipping our morning coffee. Don & Tish were also very friendly and super helpful. It’s obvious they truly care about their home away from home and all who get the pleasure of staying here. Thanks for a great trip. We have already recommended this unit to family and will not hesitate to return ourselves!

Hilton Head Visit

Great location. Nice place. Our only issue was we had to wash our dishes before we could use them. The soap never came out of dishwasher dispenser and the cleaning staff didn’t notice I guess, and put the dishes away that way. We would recommend this property and stay there again

Down the road we hope to spend a lot more time using our home so we make a special effort to keep its condition at a level that we would require if we were there full time. Another benefit to our guests is the fact that there is no mortgage on the property so our overhead is extremely low and we can pass that benefit on in the form of lower weekly rates than someone with monthly mortgage payment they need to cover.
