Twin Oaks villa located in the heart of Sea Pines and situated off of the 10th Fairway of the Harbourtown Golf Links- home of The Heritage Golf Tournament.

2 bedroom/2 bathroom comfortable villa. Master bedroom has king bed, flat screen television, full bath and a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with 2 entrances. Open loft sleeps 2 twin beds with half bath. Large living room has plenty of seating, flat screen television, DVD, and a fireplace. Wifi included. Kitchen has all major appliances, table that seats 4, and a washer and dryer. Separate dining room seats 6. This is an end unit, so provides extra privacy. Sliding glass doors open to patio sitting area to watch the beautiful Sea Pines nature overlooking a lagoon, beautiful Hilton Head sunsets, and the 10th fairway of the Harbourtown Golf Links and Clubhouse. Lagoon has lots of South Carolina wildlife.

The villa resort offers a pool with lounge chairs and tables. The pool is across the way from the villa's front door. A very quick walk on the golf course at dusk takes you to Harbourtown- home of the famous Red and White Lighthouse. Harbourtown offers lots of shopping, restaurants, outside bars, live music, and a large playground. Harbourtown has lots of activities such as boat tours, water activities, and children's fun. Also has a shuttle pick-up that will take you to all major locations in Sea Pines (such as The Beach Club, South Beach, and Sea Pines Center.) The villa is a quick drive, or nice bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club is public, and also has many activities such as a kid's craft corner, grill, beach bar, and fine dining restaurant. Sea Pines has some of the most beautiful bike paths on the island, and the bike path is located at the entrance of the complex. You can rent bikes at the Sea Pines Center, which is a quick drive or walk from the villa.

Our Twin Oaks villa is perfect for families and friends in a perfect location for all to enjoy.

We keep returning!

We stay in Irene's condo twice a year. The location can't be beat if you are looking for a gorgeous view and close proximity to Harbour Town! It is also only short bike ride to the beach. Irene is always quick to respond with any questions or issues that arise.

Great stay!

Well-maintained condo in a beautiful setting on the golf course in Sea Pines. Condo included everything we needed to cook full meals and was very comfortable. Kids loved the whimsy of the spiral staircase to the loft, but parents with young toddlers may want to take bote

Perfect Location in Sea Pines!

We loved the location and the comfort! Located on the 10th fairway we enjoyed watching the golfers. The unit had everything we needed and the hosts were responsive and very helpful. Another wonderful Christmas in Hilton Head!

Great view. Easy walk to Harbour Town. Easy bike ride to the beach. We love coming back to Irene's condo. She is easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions in a timely manner.

Hoping to return for a longer stay!

Thank you for allowing us a wonderful stay at your Hilton Head villa. Your home provided a comfortable rest and peaceful beauty. The large trees surrounding your home are magnificent. Although our stay was short, we enjoyed the beach, set out on a shrimp trawling adventure and watched a beautiful sunset. Sweet villa on #10 at Harbour Town

Fantastic, very clean, exactly as described. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our mini-vacation. The condo was perfect for us. We especially appreciated coming back from our rounds of golf and sitting on the patio watching the tee shots from #10. We did need to exchange the propane tank, but I texted Irene the receipt and there was a refund check waiting for me when I got home. Convenient and peaceful!

Desirable home on Sea Pines

This beautiful condo has plenty of space. The owners were kind enough to have everything stocked from cleaning supplies, plentiful kitchen appliances, stocked dishes, cookware and utensils, extra blankets and pillows. We don’t have any little ones, but there was even a pack and play available The condo was in a perfect location- close to the beach and Harbor Town. There was a lovely view from the 2 back patios of the famous Links at Harbor Town, a waterway— and beyond that the glistening Calibogie Sound where we watched the beautiful sunset and sailboats under the Spanish moss of the live oak trees. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Relaxing Stay

Loved the condo. The stairs to the upper level could be a little challenging for adults but works perfectly for the kids. We all enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay in Sea Pines! The house is beautiful, clean and Irene and Steve were very responsive. The house is in a wonderful location, walking/biking distance to Harbor Town and the local beach. It’s about an 18 min bike ride to Coligny beach where there is a huge playground, shops, and restaurant. Bike rental place and some great coffee shops right around the corner. We all ready booked for next year!! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Quiet lovely view

A great location and has a beautiful view from the living room. Ground level entry which means no carrying luggage up the stairs. The bedrooms are spacious and closets have lots of hangers. A gas BBQ which works well. Nice updates with kitchen, appliances, and flooring. The owners were responsive to questions and very easy to deal with. There were a few issues with the cleanliness upon arrival however the owner dealt with it in an appropriate manner.

Watch the Golfers

This is a nice property right on the 10th fairway of the Harbor Town golf course. Easy access to walking trails and short walk to Harbor Town. Very pleasant sitting on the patio and watching the golfers. Parking is strictly limited to 2 spaces and you do have to pay to enter Sea Pines. If you have friends over they have to pay to enter Sea Pines and parking is a problem if you need more than 2 spaces. The owner is responsive and the listing is accurate. It was a very good value.

Comfort & Beautiful Views

Another great stay

We have stayed with Irene numerous times. It is a fantastic location and the updates she has made recently make it even better. The king size mattress is super comfy. The blender for our smoothies was an added benefit since we forgot to bring ours. I highly recommended this condo.

Awesome Villa, Great Location

Property was really clean. Owners were great to work with, quick to respond. Villa is beautiful, the picture don't do it justice. Views are great. The pool was steps from the front door. It was a quick bike ride to both marinas or the beach. Walking distance to Harbor Town or other restaurants in Sea Pines. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend

I’m not even sure where to begin…this home was wonderful. - Extremely clean, which was important for my immune compromised family member - Furniture, bedding, layout were all very comfortable and relaxing - The property is beautiful and well maintained - Best location in Sea pines. Easy beach access, short distance to Harbour Town, and the pool is across from the unit - Very thoughtfully stocked, from the linens to the Tupperware I could continue, but the absolute best feature of this unit is the owners themselves. They provided detailed check in and check out instructions; answered our pre booking questions quickly; and took the time to directly check on us, provide storm warnings, offer assistance, etc when bad weather was predicted for the area. I’ve stayed in many VRBO units and have never met kinder, more professional owners. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

This villa was perfect for our family's stay in Hilton Head. The location was especially nice since our youngest son was able to watch golfers from the back porch and also play a round on our last day. We were able to bring our dog too, and thankfully nothing was broken and she had no accidents when we had to leave her alone.
