We stayed here for 2 weeks in June. The property was beautiful and clean! There were a few maintenance issues during our stay as the complex continues to get up and running post-Ian, and Sanibel Vacations could not have handled the situation better. We were really impressed. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful beach view
The description is accurate. It’s a very clean apartment, newly furnished with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful view of the beach from the primary bedroom, lanai, and rooftop deck. A car is desirable to get around the island.

Spectacular stay on Sanibel!!
The beach cottage was excellent and exactly like it was described. It was set up completely with all the usuals like bedding, towels (even extra towels) and throw blankets on the couch! The bath towels were softer then a cashmere sweater! The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, including cutting boards and pots & pans. There is a dish washer and a few dish washer pods provided! The cottage was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spotless. Communication with the property manager was a breeze, he even gave me his personal phone number incase of questions or an emergency. He was a gracious host and answered every question we had immediately! He went above and beyond and made us feel welcomed and appreciated! The swimming pool is out the front door! Perfect if you have kids staying with you. The beach within walking distance does not have parking but is an easy walk with sidewalk & crosswalk. The street next to the cottage can get a bit busy so you may hear traffic as early as 7am, but it’s not terrible. The smart TV is set up so you can access any streaming services you may personally have. There is a trash dumpster on the other side of the pool. Washer and dryer in the house with some laundry soap provided! Even notepads, pens, tape and scissors if needed. Great location on the island, easy to find/get to, plenty of parking and close to shopping and restaurants! Definitely eat at Traders, just down the street! When I come back, I’ll check availability here first!!
