Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the fish jump on the Lanai while enjoying beautiful views of the quiet canal. Bring your boat if you wish because this unit comes with a private dock and lift. Minutes from open water, enjoy a day exploring the many close beaches and waterfront restaurants.

This neighborhood is not only walking distance from Fisherman's Village, where there are a plethora of restaurants (even a Tiki bar by the beach with live music!) and sunset views, but it is right on a quiet canal only minutes from open water. We love the pool, going for walks, exploring Punta Gorda, and renting a boat that we can easily park right on our private dock/ lift.
The unit is also on the first floor and walks right out to the canal / dock.
