This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room area has a queen sofa bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

It runs pretty well on time but the schedule needs adjustment to improve its usefulness. The frequency could be increased when you have an event at the convention center Just for a short period of time when an event is scheduled the begin. it would help if an extra trolley or two could be added to the schedule.

The only issue we have ever had was a bad coffee pot a couple years ago which was handled quickly by the office. Nice to sleep with the sliding door cracked to listen to the stream.

Everything was perfect!

The condo was clean, spacious, and met all of our expectations. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub and we all loved the view and sounds from the stream behind the property. On top of that it’s the perfect location. Within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend Genos Pizza. They delivered and it was delicious! We will definitely stay here again.
