New apartment, very well located, 100m from the Stone Cathedral, able to accommodate up to 5 people. It has a fireplace in the living room and air conditioning in both parts. American kitchen complete with barbecue. Hot water in all taps (Gas heating). Bed, table and bath linen provided by the owners. Garage in the building. We offer internet access and cable tv to renters.
For your safety, our property is equipped with carbon monoxide and LPG gas leak detector.

O apartamento é melhor do que a descrição diz e do que as fotos mostram. Espetacular, sem nenhum ponto negativo. É limpo, organizado, tem tudo que se precisa, é quentinho, aconchegante, fica em uma ótima localização e em um lugar super tranquilo. Não só recomendo como pretendo voltar e aluga-lo novamente. Pode contratar sem medo, a Cláudia é super educada e atenciosa, nos deu várias dicas de lugares para visitar e esteve sempre a disposição para o que precisássemos. Adoramos nossa estadia. O apartamento é impecável. Muito bem localizado e equipado. Internet banda larga com smart TV (não procurei por isso, mas foi muuuuito conveniente!) Certamente voltaremos se ficarmos novamente na região de Canela/Gramado. Aliás, uma ótima notícia foi descobrir que há Uber na cidade, o que facilitou poder fazer programas separados, por vezes, quando em família maior (acomodou 4 muito bem). Foi uma ótima experiência.

O Apartamento é novo e muito aconchegante. Ao chegarmos estava limpo e com todos os utensílios e instalações necessárias para a estadia. A decoração de muito bom gosto e rica em detalhes. Cobertores muito bons, e disponíveis dois jogos de toalhas de banho. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e esteve em contato todo o tempo para o que fosse necessário. A localização é ótima. Quando voltarmos a Canela, sem dúvida alugaremos novamente.

Estadia maravilhosa , ótima localização, perto da Catedral da Pedra , supermercado , padaria e próximo do comércio de lojas de Canela. Primeiramente que proprietária do apartamento e muito prestativa na locação e foi até nós recepcionar no aeroporto para entregar a chaves do apartamento, O apartamento e lindo conforme as fotos que estão no site e a localização privilegiada ao lado da catedral de pedra de Canela RS, volto lá com certeza a nossa hospedagem foi de 21/07 a 25/07/16. A localização do imovel é espetacular, próximo de grandes atrações da cidade de Canela, Catedral de Pedra e outras atrações. O Imovel é amplo para um apto de 1 dormitório, muito confortavel e muito bem decorado. Os móveis são novos e feitos sobre medida de alto padrão. A proprietária disponibiliza livos e revistas para leitura e uma deliciosa lareira para os dias frios. São fornecidas roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. A proprietaria é muito atenciosa e solicita. Minha familia adorou o imovel, ficamos com um gostinho de Quero Mais.
