An ideal spot in Frigate Bay

A good spot, with lots of room between condos and a great little pool. The condo itself is small but very functional. Check in was easy as the owner has an on-island manager who was very responsive to the couple of issues that came up during our stay. All good.

Paradise @ Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach Village is a terrific option for staying in St.Kitts. The condo is very nicely appointed and just a few steps from the ocean. Beaches are a short walk away. The pool/ grill area is very convenient. The condo itself is a one bedroom unit with an eat-in kitchen and a sitting/TV area. Great tv/wifi. Several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Communication with Barbara and Martin was just right.

Amazing holiday

Property beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and property next to the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Went for many walks. Property is clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance from very good restaurants and food store. Property manager was amazing, helpful and very quick to respond. We had an amazing, relaxing holiday.

We’ll be back!

Wonderful location. Neighbours where terrific. Very friendly and inviting. Barbara was great, met us at the Unit upon our arrival. Our flight was 3 hours late arriving. We’ve been to St Kitts 7 time and will be booking for next year. Beautiful Islands St. Kitts and Nevis.

Good location. Beach

A/C only available in bedroom . Unit kitchen is adequately equipped. Owner was thoughtful and left umbrella, drying rack cooler and other items to make your stay pleasant. Barbeque area is dated in complex and you must bring your own charcoal and grill top. Bathroom is small but adequate. Pool in complex very clean and friendly to guests

Great location, great place to stay

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at paradise lost. It was perfect for our needs, great location. Lovely grounds and pool area. Accommodation equipped with all the necessaries. Couldn’t really fault it. Only little snag was the shower cubicle being so small. My husband is a tall man and found it difficult to shower because of the size of it. Saying that, it wouldn’t put us off, would definitely like to stay there again as we visit st kitts regularly and would recommend it to friends. Thank you barbara

We are usually on the go while on vacation but this year was a relaxing vacation ! Perfect place.

I would definitely recommend the property. It has everything you need to be comfortable and basically has all th comforts of home!

Clean, quiet haven.

We stayed in unit 1A and loved it. Everything was as shown in the pictures on the site. The space was very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The sitting area tends to be a little warm but that was easily addressed by allowing the air condition in the bed room to spread around. There's also a fan one can use. The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze but the cleaness made up for it. Nice towels and super soft bed linens. Happy we stayed there.

So relaxing!!!

Barbara is amazing! I was so pleased with everything about the apartment...there were a few minor glitches, but Barbara took care of those issues immediately. Apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities you would need; beach towels, beach chairs, water purifier (VERY IMPORTANT!!) The only unavoidable disappointment was the beach!! The Atlantic ocean has been plagued by rough surf and ridiculous amounts of seaweed; so, there is no "beach" at Island Paradise. The pool does make up for it!! Island Paradise is close to everything; restaurants, shops, supermarket and the Marriott Hotel. We will be back for sure!!

Island Paradise condo

Barbaras condo was near perfect for a couple.Everything was easy to find and the neighbors were very friendly gave us some great tips for our week long stay. The only thing I did not care for is the bed,it was much too hard for my beat up old 60 year old body.Other than that the property was very nice. I would go again!!

Great Location

We enjoyed our vacation at this Island Paradise Condo. Those staying in the complex were friendly, owners and short or long term renters, some staying 3 months every year. The condo is well equipped and perfect for my husband and I. It was safe to walk at night or day to nearby restaurants on this street or to the Marriott or to swim on the Caribbean side. The sun did not heat up the front living area during the day and at night we sometimes used the ac for the bedroom. We could hear the wonderful sound of the waves as this apartment is located in the second building from the sea. We stopped by the Rams convenience store often, just a 5 minute walk. The pool is lovely, seldom more than 4 others lounging in the spacious area nearby. A good buy with everything one needs!

A great place to stay!

Barb was an excellent host, very helpful and accommodating. We stayed for a week in November and found the condo to be clean and well stocked with everything you might need. A good value for the money and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and a grocery store.

Wonderful small condo!

Barbs was a wonderful host! We brought our 15 month old and she was able to find/provide us with a play yard and highchair so that we wouldn't have to lug them down! The condo itself was very clean and modern/up to date. It was perfect for our family of 3! Its location is also quite attractive. You can walk to several restaurants, a small grocery store and a bank as well as use the beach 50 yards away or even walk to Marriot's beach nearby if you desire to. The pool onsite is nice and quiet. The only small downside was that although the bedroom was air-conditioned (very well) the living/kitchen area was not and we needed to request a fan to help cool it down. I guess it also may depend on how accustomed you are to the heat, as we are from Canada! The linens and towels were of great quality and very, very soft (its the little things! ;) Overall I highly recommend this condo/apt. I would definitely stay here again! Jocelyn (37 yr old, 46 yr old and 15 mo old)
