Fishing weekend

Four of us stayed for a long weekend fishing trip. Our charter was canceled due to high winds so we ended up fishing off the beach instead. Beach access is close and easy. There are several bait and tackle stores within a couple miles and many charters that operate out of the marina at Port Canaveral which is a few miles north. The house was very clean and comfortable and we appreciated having a beach cart, beach chairs and a cooler for drinks available to use.

Great place

Easy check in and house was well equipped with kitchen items to cook with and also beach items and bicycles which we enjoyed. Easy access to the beach area and beds were great! Would definitely return in the future

Beautiful Townhouse

We were so happy with this townhouse for our family. We are a family of five and the bedrooms worked out perfectly. The master bedroom bed was SO comfortable (but if you don't like soft beds, you may feel differently). The house was well equipped and I wasn't missing anything. It is a quick walk to the beach - close enough that a 3 year old had no problem walking it by himself. We are naturally a loud family which I don't think the neighbors loved but we did our best to keep the volume down and otherwise didn't have any problems. Would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Love this place!

This is little gem of a place. Pictures are accurate. I was hailed a hero as my family loved this home. One block from the beach, clean, spacious for the six of us, easy check in/out and did I say a block away from the beach! Thank you Denise! You made our stay enjoyable right before we headed out for our family vacay cruise!

Very nicely kept unit. Loved closeness to beach!

Clean and had everything we needed and more. Had difficulty with thermostat and owner/manager responded right away to correct. Only negative was water pressure for showering and washing dishes, but the close beach access made up for anything wrong!! Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice!

Close enough for a short walk to the beach but we also drove to take all of the beach chairs and other items provided by the owner which was great!! The beach was not crowded at all especially for late June. The house was nice and modern. Water pressure was not great but everything else was good!

This townhouse was absolutely adorable! The pictures are great, but it’s truly better in person! Very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. I would stay again in a heart beat.

Very nice property and very well maintained

Directions for getting in were clear; place was very well maintained and clean. It's a small thing, but it was nice to have the light switches labeled. Nice to have a garage available for Florida in summer, made unpacking and packing the car easier. Air flow was good throughout the townhome without any extra heat upstairs. The 2nd story screened porch off the guest bedroom was a nice getaway for quiet conversation. Denise (owner) was extremely responsive to the leak that I found (which I am sure is already fixed and did not cause any problems). She is a sweetheart letting me know when she was going to stop by to review the problem and making sure that we were taken care of. The 2 bedrooms were very spacious, as was the rest of the home which makes it great for a larger group. The open kitchen plan made it easy for 2 of us to maneuver in the kitchen and work. I would like to see some sort of screen door on the front door, only because I kept yelling at the kids to close the door when they were going outside to put on spray on sunscreen. I would recommend this property to anyone and, in fact, hope to return to stay. Liked that the beach was a short block away and the walkway over the dunes was right there.

excellent location one block from the beach. This roomy two bedroom townhouse is comfortable, and has everything one would want in a home away from home. Bright and colorful...with two decks a garage and even a bike to go riding .

Bright, clean, spacious condo in beautiful location!

My family of seven stayed in this beautiful condo for four nights in July 2016. From the moment we opened the front door, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and beautiful the condo was. It had everything you would need, very well stocked and we were all very comfortable. The condo is in an ideal location, only a one block walk to the ocean. Our few minor recommendations would be to include a recycling box for bottles and ideally it would be nice if check-in was 3 and check-out was 11.

Bicycles on the beach!

We enjoyed our time in this cute townhome! It was a very short walk to the beach. The pictures were accurate and it had nice furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, flatware, cups, etc. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms available. The bicycles in the garage was nice to ride along the beach. The only issue we had was mosquitoes sneaking in the front door of the house or into our car in the driveway. They seemed to swarm around the front- so just close the doors quickly. Everyone around the area was very friendly and the neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely come back! And if you're looking for a Cuban restaurant close by there is one right around the corner called Vargas Cafe that was very good.

Beautifully upgraded townhome.

We stayed in this townhome for the month of February, 2016. We loved the location and all the upgrades done to the home. Very comfortable and close to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Loved the back screened deck for evening reading. Great rental!

Location was perfect

House was nice, clean and location was perfect. Only one thing was not good for us, that was the wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms. It was our fault, I didn't ask about the floor. Me and my daughter are both allergic to dust and we had bad nights because of the wall-to-wall carpet. Otherwise we were very satisfied with everything.

Adorable townhome right next to the beach!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this townhome in Cape Canaveral. It was SO close (1 block) to the beach, and had everything we needed (floats, cooler bag, dishware, etc)--including smart TVs! Plenty of room for everyone and we LOVED having all the decks to go out on at night. It was perfect. Would definitely book again.

Such a great time

Our family had a great time at this townhome. It comfortably fit all 6 of us and was a short walk to the beach. The owners thought of everything, making our vacation much easier on the pocketbook. Great location!
