12-Acre Oasis: Picturesque Lakefront Sanctuary near ATL

This unique property features a picturesque lake and two newly renovated, cozy cottages, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Whether you're hosting a family reunion, celebrating an event, or organizing a cooperative retreat, this tranquil oasis provides the perfect backdrop for cherished memories. Conveniently located near Atlanta Motor Speedway (14 minutes) and ATL Airport (29 min).

Our estate features TWO CHARMING COTTAGES, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience:

COTTAGE A
Master Bedroom: A spacious retreat awaits in the master bedroom. Drift off to dreams on a plush king bed or unfold the sofa bed for additional slumber. This room can comfortably sleep 4 people.

Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom is a lively hub for friends and family. It features two bunk beds: two double beds, and two twin beds—perfect for cozy nights and shared laughter. Yes, there’s a TV here too! This room can accommodate 6 people.

Dining Room: Gather around the rustic dining table, where meals become cherished moments or eat on the front porch overlooking the lake!

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Prepare culinary delights in the well-equipped, newly renovated kitchen. From morning coffee to gourmet feasts, everything you need is at your fingertips.

Living Room: Gather around the living room with plenty of seating, up to 17 guests, to watch a movie on the 75” TV or warm up around the stately fireplace. Open the double doors for indoor, outdoor living on the front porch overlooking the lake!

Laundry Room: Tucked away discreetly, the laundry room ensures fresh linens and convenience during your stay.

Two Car Ports: Park your vehicles securely in the two carports, sheltered from the elements, driveway parking up to 6 or more vehicles.

COTTAGE B
Master Bedroom: Sink into the luxurious king bed in the master bedroom. Wake up to serene views and catch up on your favorite shows on the bedroom TV. This room is perfect for 2 people.

Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom offers a snug escape with two twin beds and a full bed. Ideal for restful nights after a day of exploration. This room can sleep 4 people.

Living Room Sofa Bed: Need extra space? The living room’s sofa bed comfortably accommodates two more guests. So, the living room can sleep an additional 2 people.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Just like Cottage A, Cottage B boasts a fully stocked in the newly renovated kitchen. Whip up delightful meals or brew a cup of tea—it’s all here.

Laundry Room: Freshen up your wardrobe or towels in the convenient laundry room.


Kids’ Wonderland

Step outside and breathe in the fresh air. The estate offers an array of outdoor amenities, including:

Lake: Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the stunning 2-acre Carmel Lake. Take advantage of our two kayaks (4 people) for a peaceful paddle on the water (waiver required). Try your luck fishing too!

Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit with your loved ones, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows under the star-studded sky. Eight comfortable chairs await, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot.

Grill: Sizzle up your favorite barbecue delights on the grill, infusing the air with mouthwatering aromas.

Outdoor Games: From cornhole to horseshoes to basketball to badminton to axe throwing, challenge your friends and family to friendly competitions on the lush green lawn.

All the space are yours to enjoy except for few closets locked for linens and supplies.

The property has a gate opener that can be accessed through a keypad. It has white fencing and pink stakes denoting the property lines. The two cottages can park 6 or more vehicles. Cottage A has carport than can park 2 vehicles and a spacious driveway parking. Cottage B has driveway parking for 4 vehicles or more.

The property has an automatic gate opener. Code will be given after booking, the gate closes automatically after 20 seconds after opening. When going out of the property, there's a vehicle sensor 5 feet away from the gate that will open the gate.

House Rules:
- No unauthorized events/gatherings/parties (please inquire for any events)

- No smoking (including E-cigarettes) anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property. Any violation will result in an additional $250 cleaning charge.

- No commercial use without permission.

- No pets, sorry!

- Maximum capacity of the house is: 18 people overnight. 10 people for Cottage A and 8 people for Cottage B. Daytime visitors are okay.

- Please respect the neighbors; Quiet times from 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am weekends. No loud noise, parties or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed.

- Any guest that stays at the property on Fridays, please have the trash containers out for garbage truck pick up. Thank you!

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We would like to provide a clean and undamaged home and a magical experience for every guest, in relation to that all bookings require a $500 security deposit. It is just a hold on your credit card and it will be released 3 days after your departure. You will receive the full amount after a thorough inspection and no damages have been done to the house.

Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear/tear
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Cleaning fee to cover cleaning occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. After check-out and before check-in, between reservations, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
