Spacious Layout: This house has been newly renovated and updated. With its modern furnishings and thoughtful design, Midtown Oasis provides ample space for families, groups, or solo travelers. We have thoughtfully curated the home to ensure our guests can enjoy modern amenities and contemporary furnishings while relaxing in a serene setting. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee or wind down on the back patio in the private, fenced-in large backyard.

Tastefully Decorated Bedrooms: Each of the four bedrooms is a cozy retreat, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. They are decorated with warm colors and feature luxury mattresses and soft linens. The master bedroom has a walk-in shower, and all bathrooms have toiletries, fresh towels, and added extras in case you left anything at home. One bedroom also features a workspace.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up your favorite meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has been completely renovated and features all new appliances and newly installed granite countertops.

Relaxing Living Room: Unwind after a busy day in the spacious, relaxing living room. Enjoy the large, cozy sofa where you can stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great Rental in North Hills

This home was very clean, and located in a nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen needs a few more additions and a garage door opener would make it more convenient but overall a great rental. The owner was very easy to work with too.

Spacious house is in a great location, very clean and a nice yard! Perfect for our family gathering and a baby shower for my daughter. I feel very lucky to have found it. We travel to Raleigh frequently to visit family and this is one of the top rentals I have stayed in!

Nice place with convenient location. Property was as described, clean and owner communication was terrific. It was a nice touch to have household items like hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and similar little things already on hand for those of us that don’t always remember every item for a short stay!

Home Away From Home Experience

I live in Raleigh, however, don't have room for both my adult daughters ( one coming from Colorado with 2 children) and my daughter who lives an hour away with 2 more of my grandchildren,to all visit together at the same time in my small apartment.So, got this VRBO home with 4 bedrooms, game room ( air hockey) in the enclosed garage which all ages enjoyed, formal dining room, informal dining table in kitchen, living room with TV, informal den area with board games, brought a few of my own also! We had a blast!! All together under one roof! Such a clean environment with all the necessary appliances to make my homemade spaghetti, a pure delight to enjoy and cook in and, loved the modern dishwasher!

It's all in the details...

We can't say enough great things about this property! Before we arrived, communications with the owners was great. They were responsive and friendly. When we arrived, we found a spotless house that looked even nicer than the pictures. The house is nicely renovated and has a bunch of nice kitchen resources like serving platters and bakeware. The sheets and towels are high quality and clean. They provide high quality shampoo and conditioner as well as 10-in-1 bathroom kits. Beyond all this, Greg and Tony left us delicious baked goods from a local bakery and a gorgeous bouquet of fresh flowers. Thank you for the wonderful amenities! We will be back!
