This house is in a great location and was nicely cleaned. Sufficient but not cozy. Better pillows, some throw blankets, and more sufficient supplies (we had less than a roll of toilet paper and an empty shampoo bottle) would make this a more comfortable stay.

The house in a great location to carter finley stadium. And to all the surrounding restaurants and things todo. My only complaint was the leaves in the back on deck and yard. There was at least a foot of them on porch i swept it off to be able to sit out there. And in the yard there were so many we were nervous to use the fire pit. Other than that we had a great stay.

We had such a great stay! The host is super responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! Also very close to everything you could need. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to NC! Thank you!!

Stayed for an event at the Fairgrounds. The location could not have been any better. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the back patio. Will be requesting to book next year

Awesome!

Our family (kids, parents, grandparents) stayed for the weekend and attended a concert at Lenovo Arena and went to the NC State Fair. The location was perfect and cut down/eliminated driving in traffic. The property met all our needs!

Great location for an event at Wake Med Soccer Complex. Nice neighborhood and a nice house. House could use a deep cleaning and it needs to have more housewares. They basically have nothing to cook with and very few towels or basic necessities. If you want to cook or need to do any laundry while you're there then you will need to bring all that stuff with you. No extra bedding or pillows so bring that as well.

Lovely house in a great location

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was literally 7 minute drive from every location we went to (Raleigh Fairgrounds, grocery store, restaurants, Target etc). This seems to be a fairly recent renovation and didn't have much to do in the house other than watch TV (hence the Target run to grab some board games) so depending on your group's needs you may need to bring your own fun. Nothing worth losing a star over.House was had plenty of space, was clean and well kept and had most of what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet neighborhood close to everything

We visited for freshman orientation at NC State and were very comfortable in this house. It was a very easy check in and check out. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Left some private comments for small things that needed attention for the owner and they were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would potentially rent this home again for our next visit.

Modern Two Bedroom

The home had everything we needed and the owners thought of everything. Plugs and lights everywhere. Lush sheets and towels. Clean, modern furnishings. An all around great stay. We came for NCSU Parents Weekend and it was 10-15 away from campus.

Excellent Property and Owner.

Stayed here for an extended weekend trip to Raleigh in April 2022. The house was remodeled in excellent style. Back yard deck and fire pit was very nice to have. Super comfy beds. Huge TV in Living room. Owner was polite and communicative. No issues at all. Great Place!

Nice place needs a deep clean

Nice place but there were only 4 towels for 6 people. Bathroom smelled like piss and the front storm door had no handle to open it kitchen floor was sticky and they didn’t even have a broom or mop pantry was also very dirty on the floor. Other than that a nice place. I asked for early check in and they said yes I can go at 1 then right before I was told the listing says 3 but the cleaners should be done by 2. I was out front waiting at 1 and there were never any cleaners there.
