This home was the perfect location for all of the activities we had planned in Raleigh. The house was comfortable for my husband and I and our two college age children. The home was very spacious while still providing cozy spaces to hang out together as a family.

Location was perfect for our needs. The townhouse is spacious and clean. Minimalist, which we like. If you are planning to cook meals in the kitchen - you may want to bring your own supplies. Enjoyed our stay!

This charming townhouse is incredible. It definitely passed our expectations in every way. It is clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, newly decorated, has a large kitchen/dining area/den to relax and enjoy each other's company. It is close in proximity to everything too. The owner is super nice and very attentive to all your needs. We will for sure be staying at this location again.

What a stunning property. This really was the perfect location for my friends and I as our base to explore Raleigh. Couldn’t fault our experience here. Clean, warm, spacious, modern while also being homely. Lovely decking space. Conversing with the owner was so easy, she is always quick to respond, and was so helpful and lovely. Thank you Susan!!

Townhome was nice, but the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils. A couple of small flat pans was about all we had to cook with. Also, there was not a clothes hanger to be found. Just a couple of little things would make the place functional for a family or small group.

It was a charming 3 bed room 2 1/2 bath town home with plenty of room and located in an area with short drives to shopping and recreation areas. Cary is a beautiful area

Beautiful, spacious home in a convenient location and a responsive host. However, we found the mattresses and pillows to be extremely uncomfortable and the sheets & towels were also very thin. Kitchen was lightly stocked and didn’t work well for our needs as we planned to cook most meals.

Very nice clean Townhouse

Good space, nice and safe location, updated, etc... great all around. I do wish the 1st level of the townhouse was opened to us. it was weird having a whole level locked. But overall great!

Wedding Weekend

This was a great property for all of our family to gather during the weekend. Very spacious and we felt very cozy. Kitchen and family room area was perfect for our big family and little ones. Would definitely stay here again in the future if the need arises. Also owner was very quick respond to all of my question!!

Engagement party trip

We were in Raleigh for an engagement party. The location was central to all the activities. The house was super comfortable and roomy. Susan was a great hostess and left us a lovely bottle of rosé. The wedding is in a year from now and we look forward to coming back again

This neighborhood is in the best location! I personally live in the neighborhood as well. We are surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, downtown Raleigh, PNC Arena, NC State, Red Hat Amphitheater, Walnut Creek, Koko Booth, and so much more! In addition, it is a great location if you have a need to be close to the hospitals as well. Right near 40, airport 20 minutes away!
