This is definitely a camping, kayaking, floating or horseback riding area. Bike and walking trails are not really marked or available.
Small, friendly town with two restaurants we enjoyed. Small grocery there, too.
Everything was super close, kitchen had everything you needed, but we ate out quite a bit. Nice place to sit outdoors and a fire pit. The only issue was the tub/ shower was real high getting your leg over if you are vertically challenged. Otherwise it was great!
This little house was perfect for my husband and I’s anniversary weekend. We floated the Jack’s Fork. The location was convenient and the house was stocked with everything needed. The host did great with providing all information needed about and for the property.
A little slice of heaven nestled right in the heart of everything! We stay in Eminence at least 3 times a year. This is the best rental we have ever had. Home is beautifully decorated. Listing is accurate. Location can not be beat. We could ride our sxs to any trail from our front door. Floating right around the corner. Attention to detail was spot on. From the plush towels to the bbq lighter I forgot to bring, they have it all. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Very nice one bedroom house. Kitchen and Living room area has plenty of room. Kitchen table and the outdoor table both would work if you had another couple over for the evening. Roku for the TVs is great, especially of you subscribe to Netflix and any of the other streaming services.
It was nice to be able to pull right up to the entrance of the property and walk through the door with no stairs. For a one bedroom one bathroom apartment everything was very spacious and accommodating. We especially picked this because of the king size bed. We were not able to utilize some of the outdoor space, but I imagine it would be really nice to do so. We did however enjoy the wonderful gliders /on the front porch. The owner did a great job on the decor and the furniture is very comfortable. I am 5 foot eight and the bed was a little high to get into but they have also thought ahead and provided the step stool for people that need those.

About the host
Hosted by Kristin Harrington
We are from the Nashville area, but enjoy Eminence and the beautiful rivers in the area. We have been traveling there each summer for a family reunion and have family in the area. We found a cute little cabin to enjoy and hope you do as well.
Why they chose this property
The location cannot be beat! It is close to everything, but on a large lot and the parking is so easy. You can walk everywhere in Eminence if you so desired, from the home.
What makes this property unique
Tall ceilings, updated light fixtures, and out door polywood adirondack gliders. The road that heads to many of the 4x4 trails and the horse trails begins right in front of the home.
