The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood where you will feel safe at home with a security system and lots of other amenities including , WI-FI, laundry room, full size stainless steel fridge, stove , microwave, cookware, and many more!
This brick, duplex style home offers a private entrance with a covered carport and your own entry with a cozy covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee.
THERE IS NO FENCED IN AREA!
Unit is part of a Duplex but there are no shared spaces! The duplex style is front and back instead of side to side. So the front pictured is yours ! The back IS NOT YOURS!
This is a pet friendly home. So if you are allergic to animals or finding a stray hair we missed might really bother you this may not be for you. There is no fenced in yard for guests. The back yard is for the unit in the back

Grateful for a pet friendly place to stay for the Peach Blossom Dog Show at the Georgia Fair Grounds in Perry!! Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, we felt very safe. Misti is a terrific host, very responsive and on the ball with notifying me of what was going on at the house. The house was well stocked from kitchen to bathroom! Towels and sheets were at hand and ready for use!! I hope to make this our destination when going to Perry for 3 dog shows a year!!

This property is charming and the owner clearly put thought in the decor. She was incredibly responsive, left clear instructions, and had humorous labels explaining the door and light switch too. We had plenty of toilet paper, cleaning supplies for dishes etc, and even laundry supplies! The location was superb with everything we wanted within minutes of our location.

Comfortable stay, terrific location

I’ve actually lived in Warner Robins for the last five years and I’m in the process of moving so I’m very familiar with the area. This house is located in a terrific neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping as well as all parts of Warner Robins down to Perry or up to Macon. You’re also very close to fountain Park and to the Wellston TrailMisti’s house is terrific and she did a great job of quickly handling any little issues that came up. Lots of small bonuses and thought obviously went into planning this stay for visitors. Would stay again and we actually did extend our stay for a day!
