- Sandy beach is 100 yards north. Beach in front is rocky.
- One garage space included ( max height 6'8", length 20')
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 14 days of arrival
- No street parking Monday mornings due to street sweeping. (Expensive Fines)
- Street parking in the summer is scarce. Train and Uber are good options.
- Close to Oceanside Amtrak train station

THE DEEP DIVE
All Casago Homes are curated for simple, easy living. All Casago Homes feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked beach towels, bath towels, and starter quantities of coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

O'side Palm's is ready for you. Beach, pier, shopping, dining, and entertainment are all within walking distance, or just relax while watching the sunset from your balcony. The beach is just a block away. Legoland, golf, and world-class surf are just minutes away, so pick your adventure for the day and come back to this comfy second story condo with a wonderful patio and super views. With Casago, you're home in all the ways you want to be...but far from home's normal stressors. Welcome to North County San Diego and O'side Palms. Can't wait to have you with us.

HOUSE RULES
O'side Palm's is situated in a dense residential neighborhood. We love our neighbors, and our neighbors will only love us back if guests are respectful, courteous, and adhere to quiet hours. If you're looking for a place to go wild, this isn't for you. We monitor decibel levels 24/7 and vigilantly enforce quiet hours.Door code to be provided 48 hours prior to arrival
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM (please book an extra day if this is too early for you). Last-minute requests for late check out cannot be accommodated.
- No pets
- No smoking (inside or outside)
- We are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind.
- Must be at least 24 years of age to book.
- No events
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago North County San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Guest Ranger
Guests are required to complete Guest Ranger, an identity verification service. The link is imbedded in our contract which you will receive after you have completed your booking.
