Spacious Contemporary Style Lower Guest Apartment, Private Entry, Walk To Beach!

The fully furnished guest apartment has 750 sq. feet (69.68 sq. m) with private entry, very quiet and safe, just 8 short minutes to the ocean, nestled in an upscale, safe community. The rental consists of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 people in a queen size bed, an extra storage area and spacious closets. The 1 bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with marble walls and floor. The living room is spacious with a black Italian leather couch and seat, a dining area, a 55 inch Smart TV and DVD player and free high speed Wi-Fi. The travertine floors are throughout the living room and the fully equipped kitchen and small breakfast area for two.
No need for a car to enjoy the local beach life and activities. Visitors from all over the world come to spend their vacation on our wide, beautiful sandy beach with fantastic sunsets. We are within walking distance to Hermosa, Redondo and Manhattan Beach piers.
There are lots of summer activities and concerts. You can enjoy the beach, swim, boogey board, use our tennis and basketball courts and practically walk to everything. You can make your own relaxing or active vacation.
A bike and car rentals are just around the corner for visiting other famous attractions.
We are steps to stores, restaurants, cafés, entertainment, Green Belt park and short minutes walk to the beautiful, large and sandy beach.... "your front yard".

Hermoso Beach cozy apartment

Wonderful apartment in Hermoso Beach- was perfect for our needs. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great to have a kitchen! So much better than staying at a hotel!

Great Location Great Host

Tammie and I have stayed in Hermosa Beach rentals many times and this is a great space. It's big and clean with a nice bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with a beautiful jetted tub. Also has a Private entrance. The location is fantastic as it's only a few short blocks to the beautiful beach, and you can walk to shop or go to the pharmacy. The Hospitality and kindness of the host is as good as it gets. Asenka is extremely kind with a big heart. Parking isn't guaranteed, but you can usually find a spot pretty easy. Overall it was a great stay in a beautiful location. Asenka, thank you for your hospitality and your kindness and we would definitely stay in this rental again when we come back to Hermosa. Great location!

Location is the best thing about this VRBO. We were 4 blocks from the beach for early morning walks on the Strand. There were wonderful restaurants for breakfast - a great way to start your day. The TV is easy to operate. There is excellent water pressure in the shower. There are great ceiling fans. When you open the windows you get a wonderful pacific breeze to the point where we used blankets which was heavenly. The apartment is comfortable and out of the way. It is hidden away under the main house. One feels very secure. This female traveler is a bit of a ninny, afraid to stay alone. I felt perfectly secure and comfortable after my husband traveled home.

Hermosa Heaven

My wife and I and our 13 year old son hand an amazing month in Hermosa. We came to play beach volleyball and boy we played a lot. Two minutes on a bike and we were down to the beach bike path. 5 minutes and we were at Hermosa or Redondo Pier. Parking was NOT an issue. Asenka was waiting on us when we arrived and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Safe neighborhood and very nice area.

Overall Great!

I booked this property for an employee. He enjoyed the convenient location to the beach which was very relaxing when he wasn't working. The unit itself is exactly as pictured and very clean and quiet. The correspondence from Asenka was wonderful. She is a very accommodating host and wants you to enjoy your stay. The only downside was parking, but that is always an issue in California from my experience especially if you drive a truck! Thank you Asenka!

The stay was amazing and the apartment was very clean and close to the beach! We felt very welcomed!

The property was very close to the beach( walking distance) few minutes. It was a very cute, clean space and had everything you need to feel at home. The landlord was very welcoming and was available if needed. I recommend this rental as a great getaway time to relax and for me catch up and reminisce with my lovely daughter.

Great spot

My girlfriend's parents were visiting from Thailand and stayed at the apartment. It's very clean and comfortable with modern appliances. Asenka was very hospitable and accommodating and gf parents were very happy to stay here.

Clean, Quiet, Safe

We found this property to be in a good neighborhood and felt safe walking around both daytime and night. It was delightful to be welcomed by the property owner upon our arrival and she was available any time we had questions. The rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Some grocery supplies were on hand when we arrived. The location was close to the beach communities we were visiting and basic places like drugstores and grocery stores were close. The only downfall we noticed was that the whole neighborhood suffers from a shortage of parking, both on and off street. Parking places marked in the street were very tight for a standard sized vehicle. Asenka, the owner, was gracious in helping us find parking spaces when we could not find one. We would not hesitate to rent the facility again if we were in the area. It was very nice to have a nice and accommodating owner on site.

Great Location

February 2016 We recently traveled to visit our son in Hermosa Beach for ten days. This home had a great location. Not only was it close to the beach, restaurants and shopping it was only one and one-half blocks from our son's home. The homeowner was easy to work with and very accommodating with our needs. We would definitely stay there if we were going back. Our favorite restaurant was Captain Kidd's in Redondo Beach. Great Sea Food!

Great Property, Convenient Location, and Very Nice and Accomadating Host

Great location, very close to restaurants and other shops and businesses. It is just a couple of blocks from the beach. The apartment is very nice and quite, a great place to relax and unwind. This is the best place stay in Hermosa Beach.

Excellent Property and Location

Our host, Asenka, was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was just as it looked in the photos - clean, spacious and well equipped. We were visiting relatives and the apartment was in easy driving distance to their house, 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from Hermosa Pier and plaza with a wide range of restaurants and bars. We had a great stay and will definitely book again the next time we visit.

The title reflects the space!

We were warmly welcomed by our host & she even waited outside to make sure we found her place easily. The apartment is comfortably decorated with modern furniture and appliances with complete kitchen. The location is very convenient to the pier, restaurants and beach. Our host was most accommodating to all of our needs and we would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to a friend!

I love to share the bottom part of the villa with vacationers that love to enjoy fantastic wheather practically year round, take a walk to the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets or just be active and take part in numerous events our city and neighboring cities, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach have to offer.

I have been living in this villa since our family has build it in 2002. Hermosa Beach has been my home since 1986, where I had a business for many years and now I practice Real Estate. Beach Cities and the South Bay are my area of expertise. I love it here because it is the quintessential beach living and working, sunny and warm, beautiful weather most of the time and I am very fortunate to be part of this hidden gem. I practically don't need a car, because everything is in walking distance.

So many choices - you can keep it local without the car, relax and take it easy, just steps to the Green belt park, minutes from the beautiful large sandy beach.... or you can be a part of the local dynamic scene on the Pier, where most of the events take place. I can help you to get to your points of interest, bike and car rentals are just steps away... Close to the airport, 25 minutes to downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, etc. Additional info for local attractions and car rental provided upon request.
