Location, location, location! This renovated El Porto beach house is just three doors from the beach and is the perfect choice for your beach vacation. Relax on the front porch swing and watch the ocean waves roll in! The house maintains all the original charm but with modern amenities and design. There are two separate one bedroom apartments in this duplex house. Each of the apartments has an open concept layout with one Queen size bedroom and four piece ensuite bath. There are hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining area. Each of the units has a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a separate shared laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer for your use as well as unlimited free WIFI and Verizon Fios cable TV with movie channels. There is also a large outdoor patio area with dining for four and a new gas BBQ. This is a rare commodity with a house so close to the beach! There are plenty of dining choices within walking distance so if you don't feel like cooking, head up to Highland Avenue to grab a bite to eat.
