Relajación Pointe tiene una sensación de lujo completa con un hermoso diseño. Esta casa tiene una notable combinación de sala / cocina abierta con encimeras de granito y dos cafeteras Keurig en el piso principal. El amplio nivel principal tiene una habitación king size acompañada de un baño con bañera de hidromasaje para ayudarlo a relajarse. El siguiente nivel tiene otro dormitorio extra grande con otro baño con bañera de hidromasaje. Hay una cama de día con cama nido, TV y un bar con una mini nevera en el área del balcón en la parte superior de las escaleras para ayudarlo a relajarse. Relajación Pointe también ofrece una bañera de hidromasaje y una parrilla de gas que se encuentran en el nivel inferior de la casa. Hay una sala de recreación en el nivel inferior esperando que te entregues con asientos de teatro frente a un televisor enorme o triunfas en un juego de billar. Hay dos habitaciones más con dos juegos de literas gemelas en una habitación y la otra habitación ofrece una litera doble con baño en la planta baja. También hay un bar con fregadero en la planta baja y máquinas Keurig. Esta casa tiene TODO para ofrecerle para su relajación y disfrute que definitivamente querrá experimentar.

We had a great time here. It is a nice place to stay but there is only one double bunkbed and 2 single bunkbeds. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place in a great location

This is one of the most spacious and affordable cabins I’ve ever stayed in! Far away from civilization you can really absorb nature and enjoy your time in this place. Unfortunately, during our stay, we were unable to use the third floor patio due to an excessive amount of bat droppings covering most of it. Further, there were signs of animal infestation throughout the house, but nothing that ruined our trip. The bunkbeds on the first floor are slightly unstable and the HVAC system does not work very well on the middle floor of the house. Besides that the beds were comfy the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything else met our expectation.!

Great location...sleeps 15 well!

We enjoyed the layout of the cabin, and the proximity to the outdoor activities and State Parks surrounding the area. The maintenance team was prompt and courteous in repairing the TV's, dryer and front door lock when needed. Overall it was an excellent choice for our family of 15. Cheers

Wedding Getaway

Absolutely perfect rental for our wedding weekend. We were able to fit our entire party with ease! Stunning views, clean, hot tub and grill were a MAJOR plus, and the seclusion made the weekend extremely special.

Great house but a drive from interstate and boat ramps

Great house with plenty of room for families or individuals. House was well equipped for large group and cooking. Only caveat is the road to get to the house is very narrow and some part of the road is very worn down. I would suggest taking over SUVs or trucks - especially if you are pulling a boat, be prepared for it to take 45 mins to get to a ramp. This house does not have a specific area for a trailer and the driveway is very steep but does flatten out at the bottom with room for several cars. This is our 2nd time staying at this property.

Comfortable Stay

We loved that there were 2 bedrooms that each had a king sized bed and private bathroom. We also loved that there were 2 “kid” bedrooms that shared a bathroom on the same level as the game room. The house was set up well and convenient to Edgar Evins Marina. There was only one glider on the deck and we wish there had been more outdoor seating but everything else was great!

We had a blast!

We gathered for a pre wedding celebration and had the best time! Close enough to Edgar Evans to rent a boat but far enough away to feel like no one was around us. No lake view at this property in the summer but it’s still a beautiful place. You can take a short walk up the road to view the lake. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive, pretty steep incline on the way up. We also saw a copperhead snake crawl out from under the patio but we kept our distance. We had the best time here and plan to go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro: The lay out is nice. We had plenty of space to spread out with our group so we weren't all on top of each other. Plenty of counter space for a large group working in the kitchen. Con: Upon arriving there were several broken chairs. Unfortunately that's a pretty big deal when traveling with the extended family. The cabin's water heater also couldn't keep up. After we'd be swimming in rivers or hiking, everyone needed showers and most of us ended up with cold ones. I'd think a cabin built to sleep so many people would have a water heater that could keep up. There is no deck furniture other than some flimsy plastic chairs which was a pretty big disappointment, so bring camping chairs or something. The view is nice but as you're driving up the road the view COULD BE absolutely breathtaking. The area is stunning but this cabin lacks the wow that is literally right over some trees. The hot tub started to stink horribly about 3 days in. We contacted management and the gentleman we spoke with claimed he didn't know anything about it. We had to go all the way to Walmart to get the proper chemicals for it so we could continue to use it.

Mystery rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was cute and in good condition. Our expectations were low and we were pleasantly surprised at the space and layout. We really liked the neighborhood the home was in. It was an area we had never explored. My family was looking to rent two homes near hurricane marina with hopes they would be near one another. They ended up being 30 minutes apart from one another. Rental agency was guarded and would give us little information to go by. The pictures of our home showed expansive porches with swings. We found the home in the middle of deck renovations. Only plastic stackable chairs on the porches and no hand rails on the stairs. Part of the porch roof was incomplete.Kitchen was lightly stocked. Very poor quality utensils, even some plastic utensils mixed in with mismatched lightweight ones. We purchased a baking pan & potholders at the Dollar General to make do. We rented pontoon boats from Hurricane Marina and visited with multiple families each evening. Our place ended up being too far away for others to visit us. We had to drive 30 minutes to a real grocery store and 30 minutes to any of our friend’s places.WiFi and TV reception continually froze up and seemed to be buffering a lot of the time.We have a close knit family that thoroughly enjoys our time together. We enjoyed our time at this cabin and made the best of it.

Great Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A family of 13 ranging in age from 9-50ish spent a relaxing week in Relaxation Pointe. The cabin is spacious and has a nice hot tub. Several coffee pots and can openers have been left behind by others after reading reviews! We all loved the location and scenery for a restful trip- it is 30 minutes to anything of note. We found ourselves wishing for more amenities at the cabin such as, cookware, throw blankets on the sofas, and extra blankets in each bedroom. There is only one small stockpot, no saucepans, and no baking sheets other than a pizza pan. We would have liked kitchen towels, dish scrubbers, and oven mitts. We had to purchase these at the Dollar General. There is some deferred maintenance that could use attention- the shower in the second floor master needs re-caulking, there are some rotten boards on the deck, and we had issues with the fireplace leaking gas. The maintenance guy did come out on Christmas Eve to fix our fireplace issue. He was so helpful and friendly! This cabin has the potential to be a five star stay with just a few touches. Definitely rentable and very nice. We loved our trip to Relaxation Pointe!

Property was nice and clean exactly what was described . The refrigerator wasn’t working well but it wasn’t a big deal we still had good family time . When I notified the property manager she was courteous and polite . Would rent it again .

Beautiful setting, but poor maintenance of property

Very clean except for a ruined awful gas grill. Easy reservations. Several essential things did not work and still did not after a maintenance visit...internet, remotes, plumbing in one toilet (however the maintenance guys were very friendly and punctual) --but I was told there were no new grills available even to purchase!! And the plumbing parts were not readily available. Finally was told two remotes did not work and the internet was not their area of expertise.

Not the best experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not have a great experience . Our stay was not what we expected . First of all cabin needs a lot of repairs here and their .It needs a lot of update to it . We found an underwear in one of the rooms upon arrival . A shower door was damage . Cabin was not very clean . We had horrible WiFi connection . Dryer and washer was not working properly . Something positive I can say is I had a good experience with the office people . Very friendly and they did sent out maintenance for us but we still had issues with the WiFi

Disappointing experience

We stayed at Relaxation Pointe in August of 2020. It is hard for me to be objective in this review as our immediate impression was horrible. We had no difficulty entering the property. Although, upon entering the rental, walking around and getting to know the floor plan, we quickly discovered that the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The toilets were dirty with urine and feces, 1 of them was not even flushed. The floors and carpets had dead bugs on them. One of the sinks had a fly swatter and dirty rags sitting on it. The garbage was overflowing and had not been picked up. I immediately called the Center Hill Chalet office, they were very responsive, apologized and sent a housekeeper out to clean. That was it, no offer to make up for the inconvenience or terrible circumstances or our arrival. Now, keep in mind, there were 16 of us in our party, we had already brought all our luggage and groceries in and we're proceeding to try to cook dinner when the housekeeper arrived. She was professional but had to clean around us. After she left, we realized that if the home had not been cleaned, our linens were most likely not clean also. We spent our evening having to strip beds, wash linens, and make the beds back up. Thank goodness there was a washer and dryer, although, the dryer latch is broken and it took rigging it so that we could dry the linens. Also, the VRBO website states that it can accommodate 16 people. If that is the case, you would expect to have 16 dishes, cups, coffee mugs, and flatware. No, the dishes and flatware were a setting for 4 people. You would also expect to have general kitchen items but we had to go out and buy a can opener. Needless to say, we were all very disappointed. As for the property itself: The decks on the home are in disrepair and in some areas dangerous. In one spot they had replaced a floor beam and the one right next to it was split and cracked so you had to be very careful to avoid stepping in that area. There is not a backyard or side yard to speak of so no room for a fire pit or outdoor seating and activities. If your party has older persons, it is not an accessible home and there are a lot of stairs. I would not return to Relaxation Pointe or recommend staying there.

A bit disappointed

Booking the rental was so easy and great communication with manager. Once we arrived the out side of house was exactly how it was described in the reviews..... Not great shape. Boards laying around on deck behind the grill , hose laying out. The deck for sure had nail pops so be careful barefoot. Once we got in the house it was great. Enough beds and rooms for sure. Rugs had not been vacuumed, every door had gross finger and hand prints from a young child. I actually wiped windex on 2 doors out Of disgust that during this Covid time you’d think to just spray down the GLASS windows that you look out of and clean them before the next renters come. We couldn’t grill out the first night because there was no gas in the tank. 2nd day it took several hours after contacting the manager to get us gas as there are really no places close for us to go.....not that we should have had too. Now to the toilet paper. When you say you will supply one roll it really should be a full roll. The master barely had any on the roll and we brought one in case..... well we needed it and be sure we took it back home with us. Just those little annoying things that if you read people’s reviews you could very easily fix these problems. So a new cleaning crew And outside condition would be beneficial especially charging what you charge.
