Hermosa y privada casa en deseable Woodbury Lane.

La ubicación perfecta a las afueras de la ciudad pero súper conveniente para muchas playas, senderos para bicicletas y tiendas. Esta luminosa, espaciosa y aireada casa de 3 pisos y 5 dormitorios está hermosamente amueblada y ofrece encantadores espacios interiores y exteriores para entretenerse y relajarse.

La planta principal cuenta con una amplia sala de estar, se abre un área de comedor con capacidad para 10 abre a la terraza, cocina totalmente equipada con área de lavado y tocador.

El dormitorio principal en el primer piso tiene un techo estilo catedral y una pared de vidrio con controles deslizantes en la cubierta, un gran armario y baño con ducha extragrande y bañera de hidromasaje separada.

El espacioso maestro del segundo piso tiene vista a Woodbury Lane y cuenta con un gran baño principal con jacuzzi en la esquina. Dos dormitorios adicionales en el segundo piso comparten un baño grande. Un dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen con su propia terraza con vista al patio. Un dormitorio adicional tiene dos gemelos que se pueden combinar con una cama King.

El área de la suite del tercer piso cuenta con dos gemelos (que combinan a un rey) y su propio baño y sala de estar.

Hermosos y recién renovado (2017) pisos de madera en todo. Esta casa inmaculada está muy bien cuidada.

El patio trasero es espacioso y privado, y cuenta con una terraza con mesa de comedor y parrilla, rodeada de hortensias. O bien, relájese en el patio en el área de cócteles de "asientos profundos".

Entorno tranquilo y sereno lindante con la conservación de la tierra. Verdaderamente el lugar perfecto para visitar Nantucket.

Another outstanding week in Nantucket

This is our second time to stay at this beautiful and very well positioned home. Our adult family and friends so loved the home and all its amenities. The house is close to town, the cliffs and the many beaches. Easy walking and biking distance . We cannot wait to go back again. Sad to leave today. Thank you Jody and Mark for a special vacation in a home that is so welcoming and charming.

Perfection on Nantucket

From the time we booked 31 Woodbury to the moment we checked out, this was an absolutely perfect vacation. The hosts are top-notch and the beautifully-located house is in perfect condition. We've been renting on Nantucket for 25 years, and place this vacation/property at the very top. Thank you, Jody and Mark!

Fabulous location

We loved this property - in town location and we biked and walked everywhere. It has a very homey feel - very comfortable. We were 4 couples and everyone had a king size bed and their own bathroom. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Nantucket gem

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The house is very well appointed with everything you need and more. From the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom to boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach - the hosts made our stay as easy as possible. I would highly recommend this property!

Best house, incredible location

We have been renting houses for our family on Nantucket and elsewhere for years. This was by far the best! The location is wonderful(short walk to town), but the hosts are what made it so special. They have thought of everything! We had a great vacation and will definitely try to return again.

Even better than the photos

The property was amazing and the owners were very responsive. The house was in a quiet neighborhood very close to down town and all the restaurants, and the inside and outside were even better then the listing. The beds were comfortable and most everything has been updated to a clean modern look. We will be looking for this listing next time we come into town.

Our Nantucket Happy Place!

We have only amazing things to say about this beautiful house, a short 5 minute walk from town. This summer was our second time staying at Jody and Mark's house and we looked forward to it all year! The house is spacious and beautiful, absolutely spotless and the perfect layout for both the kids and adults. The street is gorgeous and the walk to town is beautiful and so convenient. We absolutely love this house and these hosts!

Such a wonderful family/friends vacation - beautiful home away from home

Such a special home; close to the town, beaches and other fun activities. The house was stocked with so much thought and attention. The decorations and the bedrooms were very bright and attractive and the room layout flowed very well to accommodate my adult family and friends. Our dog was made to feel so comfortable and he had the best time being with everybody. The ability to put a car ferry was worth its weight in gold. We would certainly love to return very soon. Thank you Jody and Mark for sharing your home with us.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were awesome, very responsive, and organized on communication for arrival, departure, and island activities. The house set up perfectly for our needs with a master on 1st floor + master on 2nd floor. Great flow for separating adults from teenagers (or guests), including a 3rd floor hang-out area. Yoga on the roof-deck in early AM/evening was spectacular with a nice Nantucket breeze. Easy way to town and access point to get to south side beaches as well as Jetties/Sandbar. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Surpassed all expectations - amazing property

Our stay at 31 Woodbury was truly exceptional. The amazing detail, well-stocked amenities, perfect location, and gracious hosts made our stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for more. It was evident that Mark and Jody put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Their graciousness extended to organizing our ferry booking, which was a godsend. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, especially the kitchen. The location of the house was nothing short of perfect. We loved the serenity of the back yard with the wide open sky and view of the land bank, the short walk to town, and the ease of biking to many beaches. Cant wait to return next year!

Perfect family vacation home

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The home is completely updated and perfectly suited for a group of 10. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare and serve family meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. The basement is stocked with more than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, games, coolers, etc. The backyard is so pretty and quiet, a perfect setting to relax with a book or a cocktail. If you choose to go into town, it's a short walk through a charming section of town. Jody and Mark were a pleasure to deal with. They have put a lot of work and love into this home and it shows.

Fabulous Location for a Family Vacation

We were able to stay at Jody and Mark's lovely home for a week to celebrate my recent marriage with mine and my husband's family. Everyone had an absolutely lovely time exploring Nantucket with this wonderful space as our home base. The owners informed us shortly before arrival that they had just renovated all of the bathrooms in the home, it was a great surprise that made it feel like we were at a resort! The backyard is another highlight of this home, we did not feel like we were missing out on anything when we decided to stay in and chill in the backyard rather than go into town. When we did want to go to town it was a short and pleasant walk from the house. I cannot recommend this house enough, the only issue is you will find it hard to leave!

Fantastic location, perfect home...

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Jody and Mark's home! The location is excellent and allowed us to take walks down their beautiful tree lined street into town many times a day. Also centrally located to beaches, Cisco, etc., getting to/from the home was a breeze. The home was absolutely perfect for our family - we used the master on the 1st floor and our children used the master on the 2nd floor and one of the other bedrooms for their child. We used the 3rd floor as an office to get some work done - fully equipped with a printer and supplies! The decor and finishes were beautiful, outdoor grill was great, and beyond that, the house was completely stocked with everything and anything we could possibly need. The best we have experienced! Thank you Jody and Mark!!

Back in my Happy Place

This was the 2nd year we rented from Mark and Jody, who are the most fabulous owners to rent from with most wonderful home to stay in! This house has everything you need from beach chairs and towels, to a large deck and grill, to amazing renovated bathrooms (I now want to redo all of mine..ha!), to enough bedrooms that has room for 10 and still provides plenty of personal space (which is needed when traveling with family :)). Jody and Mark provided all the details we needed for a restful stay and were always available for questions if needed. We loved that the house is in quiet neighborhood close to town. We rented bikes and were able to ride to town, the beach, Cisco Brewery, and even Millie's, so it really is a perfect location. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and hope to come back someday soon! Thank you Jody and Mark! xo Melissa and Family

Beautiful Home!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home over July 4th week and thoroughly enjoyed it! It has all the amenities one could ask for and it is a close walk to town. There is enough room for two families and boasts both entertaining and relaxation spots. The one thing that I would suggest is installing blackout shades in the master and top floor bedrooms. My husband and I slept in the master and my toddler on the top floor, and we were hoping to get a bit more sleep in the morning since we already wake up with our kids. Same with our daughter, she was unable to nap during the day in the attic bedroom. Other than that, its a perfect location and gorgeous home!

A week in my Happy Place

My family and I had the most amazing stay at Mark and Jody's home! After postponing a year due to the pandemic I was finally able to share my love of Nantucket with my family and Mark and Jody's home just added to the charm and beauty of ACK. Close to town and the bike paths made it easy to get around the island and see and do all that we wanted. Everything we needed was there...beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and full kitchen to cook in plus space for everyone to have some "alone" time when needed. My nieces esp. loved their space on the 3rd floor. The décor is tastefully done in a coastal vibe, very appropriate for the island of Nantucket. Mark and Jody were the most responsive hosts both pre-stay and during our stay....thank you for sharing your home with us! We can't wait to make it back next year hopefully with Mom and Dad in tow!

We have vacationed on Nantucket for more than 20 years and have purchased this home on our favorite street in 2015.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Every part of Nantucket is wonderful, but Woodbury Lane is extra special. Everyone always says, "Wow!" when pulling onto the lane from North Liberty. It's beautiful. It's a 2-minute pedal to the bike path and a 10-minute stroll to town for shopping or dinner. No worries about driving or parking. We LOVE the location.
