Nice property with a lot of room for family. Convenient location to get to beaches and town.Beach Plum Road is very narrow and should really be a one way road.

Thank you for the great review! Yes - Our house sits on a quieter shelled lane in the Beach Plum community and has a quaint Nantucket feel, which is very much by design. We love to sit on the front porch with coffee as our neighbors walk their dogs by or are heading to the tennis court next door. Since there are only a handful of homes on our lane, very few homeowners (or renters) actually drive down our lane. When another car is encountered, cars are navigating at an appropriate speed for a shelled lane and can easily navigate around each other.

We had a wonderful stay. House worked great for two families and is an easy bike ride to town, beaches and more. Julie was a very responsive and helpful host. The private pool and neighborhood pool were both lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed at this home with our two small children and had the best time. The pool was a welcome addition while one child took a nap! Extremely convenient location and close proximity to everything the island has to offer. Will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and the bedrooms are spread out. There are also plenty of bathrooms. The house is well stocked with beach chairs and beach towels.

Awesome House, Location & Host!

My family, friends and I go to Nantucket quite often but this was by far one of our favorite rentals! The house was beautiful, had all the right amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.), great location and an unbelievable host! Julie was very accommodating and extremely sweet. Will definitely stay there again if she'll have us!

Great relaxing stay

We loved our time at this property in Nantucket. The house is well located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. In rainy days, the backyard well heated pool served well for my teenagers. Very spacious and clean house. Kids enjoyed the pool and when the temperature wasn't warm enough, the host was very responsive about fixing it. Adjacent tennis court was also fun for the family.

Amazing Nantucket Home

We spent a wonderful week at this Beach Plum Home. The house had the perfect layout for our two families - plenty of living space and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. Everyone loved being able to use the tennis court. Easy to get to town and the beaches. Numerous conveniences such as a small community gym and two washer dryers. Highly recommend!

Julie’s home on Nantucket is the perfect rental for families and friends seeking to accommodate a large group in a lovely neighborhood, close to town, beaches, restaurants and more! This spacious, well-appointed and well-equipped home is as described and pictured. We especially appreciated the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, ample bedrooms and full baths, private, heated pool and fenced yard/patio, lower level with ping pong table and bar, as well as the adjacent tennis courts and nearby gym. Julie is very responsive and accommodating as well. Happy to have discovered this gem to which we hope to return annually!

Perfect house for family vacation!

The house was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable for our three generations of family: grandparents, our children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. The pool was perfect for swimming with little ones and they loved that it was warmer than the big community pool. The tennis court was right next to the house and we were able to play every morning. We also made great use of table tennis in the basement and the fire pit by the pool. The house was well equipped but not cluttered. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, serving dishes, great fridge and freezer. And the location is convenient to everywhere on the island. What a fabulous vacation! We would go back in a heartbeat!
