Walking distance to local bars and pubs, Mt Washington boat ride, tikki hut boats, the train ride. In the heart of Weirs beach. Has its own small private beach 75ft away, 10 minute drive to Bank of NH Pavillion for your favorite concerts, grocery stores and restaurants. Views off both decks of the lake..fully furnished, full kitchen. Just bring yourself and clothes and get ready for some fun. Minutes away from mini golf and Fun Spot, HI Octane biker bar. There is so much to do. You cannot get a better location!

We had a wonderful stay here, everything is within waking distance and there was an easy check in process. The host made communication very easy throughout our stay and the property was spotless.

Close to the water with beach access and the boardwalk was a 2 minute walk. Property was very clean and owner was very responsive and accommodating. Cute property to stay with friends or family.

Can't beat the location

Wonderful lake views in a perfect location that was within walking distance to everything in Weirs Beach. Great communication with owner.

Amazing location and super cute home!

The owners did a great job decorating their home and making it a welcoming space to enjoy time away! Takes a matter of seconds to walk to the water and you can walk to Weirs Beach Pier in just a couple of minutes!! Had a wonderful time and will come back again!

Cozy and fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at this well located apartment. The location is fantastic, conveniently to all the local attractions, beach, restaurants, and shops in Weirs Beach. The apartment itself is well-appointed, super clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable, the AC ensuring we all had a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. It's an ideal spot for families, with everything we needed. We truly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Weirs Beach.

Laconia Stay

This property was just what we needed, no complaints! It's a part of Lake Life Inn Condominiums on the second floor. Very clean and only a few steps away from the lake. Great views from inside as well! The neighbors were friendly and quiet, however, they were outside smoking weed quite a bit (not sure if they are permanent renters or temp). Just as a heads up for those sensitive to smells!
